Ramada by Wyndham Houston InterContinental Airport East

Do not count on the airport shuttle. Night staff does not answer the phone. The departure shuttle was twenty minutes late. The breakfast and service was poor.

The rooms are great, employees are very friendly and kind. I’m sure you’d not wanna miss the breakfast buffet, so yummy and awesome.

Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and everything was well arranged.

Had a great stay. Staff was great and helpful. Looking forward to it next time.

The hotel is very close to the IAH, and plus ,it has a 24hour shuttle service for free, to and from tye airport. It looks like they have amenities, like pool and gym, meeting rooms, in which I've seen.. it has also restaurant, that serves delicious food, with reasonable price for me. The lobby looks clean , pleasant and relaxing with plenty of seating area to standby for ✔️time waiting... But the worst thing, is our room... I didn't mind the size, but the filthiness ( dirty) of it... you can feel it in the room, the stink smell, the molds smell, no aircon, or fan to atleast circulate the air inside...and plus, the yucky sight outside , in which thd iron rail window guard ( looks like a closed in balcony) is full of bird dunk (bird poop)... plus, looks creepy too, for it seems like, you are looking outside like a back alley, in a thick bushes... I dont know, just dont feel safe and clean there..

It is very convenient, close to the airport, with shuttle and very affordable. I missed my flight and it worked perfect for what I needed!

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it had some redeeming qualities, my overall experience left a lot to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my stay: Pros 1. **Affordable Price**: The room rates were budget-friendly, making it suitable for travelers looking for a cost-effective option. 2. **Staff**: The staff was polite and tried to be helpful, though they seemed understaffed at times. Cons 1. **Amenities**: Basic amenities like toiletries, fresh towels, and a working air conditioner felt subpar. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. 2. **Noise**: The walls were thin, and I could easily hear people talking and walking in the hallways, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall Experience: It might be a decent option for someone on a tight budget and just to stay for one night, but I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with better facilities.

I was there for 2 nights without hot water for shower and terrible attitude from the front desk personnel, very old hotel with very poor maintenance and management. Avoid this hotel it’s like half star hotel.

The Ramada by Wyndham Houston presents a highly variable experience. Positives consistently highlight the friendly, helpful staff and the convenient location, especially for airport access. However, the hotel often shows its age. Expect inconsistent room conditions; maintenance issues, outdated decor, and occasional cleanliness concerns are common complaints. It serves as a practical, budget-focused option, but you should prepare for a potentially mixed stay where excellent service balances structural wear and tear.
