Smoke 🚬 First and for most important one chain smokers heavy smokers everywhere, they are smoking inside their rooms and outside at the walkways and Surrounding your room , so even if your room says it is None Smoker room it still smells and have a heavy Smoke effect, i couldn't sleep in my room so i checked out the 2nd day , i was feelings sick ! And the management/employees they know about it and Dont do/say anything about it because their long term stay customers are single old Man and women with disabilities heavy Smokers and they stay there they dont have a place to live.

These was no power and no room available. As soon as we arrived, the manager met us outside and sent us home and told to contact ******* for a refund. She was polite and helpful, but we had driven a long way so it was disappointing to be sent home.
