Capri Inn and Suites

Staff is very nice. The room had a weird smell other then that it was fine.

The place was nice and clean and the staff was very courteous. There needs to be though more detailed instructions on how to operate the equipment (i.e. HVAC). At first, I thought the HVAC in my room was broken and I was freezing. Also, I was missing the bathtub stopper in the bathroom. Otherwise I was satisfied.

room was clean, AC worked great, bed was comfortable, only 2 pillows though, room & bathroom clean & enough towels, over all i would stay there again.

Very clean . Make sure you have your linens. The room was very clean. It was a basic room and well maintained. The problems we had? We reserved a room with two double beds for 4 people and there were two bath towels, and one hand towel in our room. The mattresses were hard and so none of got the best night of sleep. It wasn’t a horrible experience but it could have been made better by a little planning on their past regarding towels etc… I would stay again but I would make sure I had everything when I arrived. The morning was hectic without the linens.

Honestly We got to the room and once we walked in, the ac wasn’t working properly or staying on. It was humid in the room. Went to take a shower but there were no towels, so I had to use one wash cloth that was there. We called the desk to get towels, so my husband went to get those. Then called the desk about the ac and he said he would come to room but because I was in the showers my husband told him not come. After the call, the ac suddenly started to work again. That night we wanted to use the jacuzzi tub, I had filled it up and we were excited to use it but once we pushed the button nothing happened. So we just enjoyed a big size bath together. Overall, it could’ve been better.
