Property Location is very Good, but staff behavior of the hotel is very rude. before reaching the hotel I tried to contact them over phone no one replied, on reaching the hotel I found hotel gate closed. On Ringing the bell of the hotel two or three times they charged why ringing the bell, there behavior was very rude

It is a wonderful place to stay with a mesmerising view of the mountains. The location is pretty good as it is barely a few hundred metres from MG Marg. Food is great and rooms are spacious.

For one day stay it's good so far, and near to howrah railway station. Little bit concern about cleanliness, compare to room price had expected better room but room quality was average.

Room condition was very poor, staff behaviour was not good, blanket condition was very poor, unhygienic bathroom, dampness observed in the wall

The service was terrible. The hotel is situated in a very dirty and bad smelly place. Also we weren't able to sleep in the night as people were making noises in our neighboring rooms whole night. We also complained but no action was taken and the hotel management didn't took our complain seriously.
