Pros: - nice touch to provide different types of bath salts for guests to use in their bathtubs - lounge where guests can help themselves to free beverages and small snacks like cookies - clean, big and functional room - decent location, 10 mins walk to Cheng Huang temple - decent breakfast spread

very big bathroom and hotel was clean. breakfast was great too. overall a good stay.

The hotel is very good in terms of of location and service. However the amenities are a bit old.

Booked at about 10pm. Staff are friendly and patient. The hotel is quite old. The room is quite big. As they only left with 2 queen size beds and within our budget so we just grabbed for a night stay. The room is not very well lighted. They have a balcony and there is a stationary bike. They provide toiletries and they have separate shower and bathtub. The hotel is just opposite the police station so it’s super safe. Nearby hotel has got 2 temples. There is a KTV and convenience stores too. But we note that not many shops are opened even at around 9am.

The hotel was great and room is clean, large and comfortable. However, there is no parking at the hotel. The hotel provided complimentary parking at an open-air public car park about 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Carlton is located centrally in Hsinchu, walking distance to many night markets and the Taiwan rail. The rooms are old but well-maintained and clean. The bed is soft, so for those needing a firm mattress, this may not fit you.

Excellent Hotel with courteous helpful staff. Very good location with access to restaurants, shopping and transport. Breakfast menu was good but needs more vegetarian options. Room was large and clean with all required amenities including laundry. Very limited number of plug point in room and this needs to be increased. Stayed for one week and it was an excellent stay. A big thumbs up to the hotel staff who were very responsive and helpful.

地理位置非常的便利。附近走路就有很多吃的喝的可以選擇，尤其離城隍廟不遠。房間很大，隔音稍差一點點，但還在可以接受的範圍。屬於老式飯店，但週末價格很優惠，就不用多計較了。一樓還有24小時的空間沙發椅子舒服，可以喝咖啡吃吃小餅乾。整體來說CP值很高，下次會願意再回來住。

工作人員服務友善 房間乾淨無異味，是我喜歡的地板房 日式廁板有驚喜 有免費洗衣乾衣機用，很加分 位置近城隍廟，周邊得很多美食 強力推薦喔～～～

走入大廳，服務人員親切的接待著 也有種很舒服的感覺 原本以為房間會很老舊，但事實上不會 住起來很舒服，早餐也很好吃

雖然是有點年代的飯店 但環境非常整潔 整體空間溫馨舒適 一開始電視跟床頭充電孔沒辦法使用 房務人員很快就前來處理 親切用心服務👍 經濟實惠 非常推薦

飯店位於大馬路邊，服務人員會指引你到鄰近的停車場，退房時會給你QR Code折抵停車費用，走路5分鐘會到城隍廟沿途有各種小吃非常方便，房內陳設乾淨舒適，衛浴乾濕分離還有浴缸、免治馬桶、熱水水溫夠熱水量大非常舒服，床軟硬式中冷氣很強房間隔音效果還不錯，隔日早餐採自助式，餐點中式西式都有，帶位阿姨服務非常熱誠，此次的住宿經驗是令人愉悅的
