Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin recensioner

Vi kommer från England  , vi väljer Hua Hin eftersom  trevligt ställe att  slappa av inte många turister. Vi letade efter hotellet med stranden framme, vi borde detta hotell  eftersom de har stranden !! vi bokade för havsutsikt men receptionen gav oss poolutsikt sa precis till henne och hon  har ändrat vad vi behöver och perfekt!! Vi stannar här i 5 nätter  min man mycket nöjd och njuter av  solsäng , rena rum , bra frukost, all personal mycket artig.  Min man ville inte lämna  , tack, vi kommer tillbaka igen nästa år xx

Great hotel, beautifully decorated and had very attentive staff. Any issues (only one minor) were fixed as soon as reported. No faults there at all. Had a pool access villa, was great to just walk in and cool off. Breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel with a very friendly general manager, who took the time to get to know some of his guests. Good small gym on site, enough for a decent workout and amazing beach club at the bottom. Nice modern push button (inside of room) to indicate outside whether you wanted room cleaned, or ‘do not disturb’. We were so impressed we will be going back.

Nice service, atmosphere, near the beach, good bed for rest, various breakfast.

It was really great vacation and staying at Best Western! Very good breakfast, responsive and client oriented stuff, I was really surprised by prices in menu on grills & cocktails (in a good manner) on swimming pool bar. Really good beach area for children! Rooms are quite comfortable and clean! GM is doing tour around and welcomes guest every day , asking how is going on and any wishes! Generally I would recommend this place! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The service very good. We got an upgrade for the room from trip, It took about half an hour (firstly they gave us a very tiny room). We got a bigger room with a sofa for our 4 yo daughter with sheets and blankets and everything needed. She was very happy and we didn’t need to have an extra bed. ++ the service ++ the slides and the beach club ++ the breakfast very good — not much shade in the pool area, just a few sunbeds — no air conditioned playroom — no pool for babies, min 70cm height of water so babies can sit there.

Things I thought were good: 1) Breakfast: Good price and good variety. 2) Staff friendliness: Very good. Always smiling and saying hello. 3) Location: Although not beachfront, the hotel provides a golf cart shuttle service to the beach. 4) Room: Spacious and soft king-size bed. Clean and comfortable room. Air conditioning was very cold. Things that need improvement: 1) There are no lifeguards at the pools. Due to the large number of small children, I didn't see any lifeguards to watch over them. Parents should keep an eye on them at all times. 2) Parking: Few spaces available. If you look for a spot at night, there probably won't be any available. I rented three rooms and we came in two cars, but at night I had to park on the street because there weren't enough spaces. 3) Bathroom stall. Even when closed, water leaks into the bathroom. 4) Slow service at the pool bar.

Overall is good, but yes the location is a bit far, but it turns out very quite. I have a good rest both body and mind.

The room was clean , staff good service but a lot children on holidays

This is a good hotel for families with kids. The pool is suitable for kids but not much space for swimming, and the slidies are super fast. The beachfront pool and sitting area is very nice.

Good location with private beach area, I'm happy for the sun bathing at the beach front. There's split area between residence and hotel but the parking was very limited especially during long weekend that mostly family visitors travel by private cars. I'm fulfilled my activities here like beach run, gym (even small spaces), sunbathing.

The room and furnitures are clean, the swimming pool is clean and clear, the staff is enthusiastic

Overall a comfortable hotel stay. Beautiful beach and good breakfast menu list. Despite having guests and kids playing in the pool. Still happy to stay and might come back in a low season period

I loved it! Check in was done quickly! Wrote a comment prior to my trip and told them I was doing a birthday getaway! And they did a little surprise with the deco in the room. That was sweet! I love the beach front, and the slides in the pool! Pretty fun and chill. Room was big and nice Breakfast was great!

Location is the best, food and drink are reasonable choices. Service is always available
