Good value for the price. Clean rooms, pleasant service, and a family-friendly environment. I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Ocean view room and get Beach front location by this price really valuable but need some maintenance

Great location next to Cicada and Tamarind markets, private path to the beach. Room and breakfast are basic. Convenient if you have a car

Very poor hospitality. Staff seem hesitant to communicate with guests—you always have to approach them first. We arrived early, around 1 PM, and our room was not ready, so we went to the pool and ordered snacks and drinks. Prices were extremely high, even compared to some 5-star hotel restaurants, but the service was disappointing. When I ordered a beer, the staff simply placed the can in front of me without even offering a glass. The room felt like an old apartment rather than a hotel room. When you check inn finally we realize that we made wrong arrangements. Overall, the staff did not seem to care about guests. During checkout, we waited about 30 minutes for clearance. The front desk staff didn’t update us; they were busy talking among themselves. I had to go back to reception to ask, and only then they said everything was cleared. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I don’t want to demotivate anyone, but the hotel staff really need to improve their service. At the moment, the hospitality feels below zero and should at least reach a basic acceptable standard.

Since we arrived we never had hot water. Could do with more English speaking staff. Breakfast is good but gets boring after 5 days.

This is a classic-style hotel with a private beach nearby Huahin.

It is a nice hotel. Although a little dated around the pool area. Check in was easy. Room is clean Close to beach and markets

Great location! But the facilities are a little bit old.

Hotel Facilities so bad and run-down. Swimming pool tiled floor is broken and my daughter got the small cut on her leg that so bad. Front receptionist is not good at all. The shower has low water pressure. The doors won't open. Finally if you request another towel they will have additional charge for 50 bath per 1 towe.l

Nice view, quiet and good location, the hotel is located near beach area, the major facilities and the pool are great.

Too old facilities and pool need to maintenance, the broken tile under the pool cut my foot

One of my favorite hotels in Hua Hin. Especially for the price. Having stayed here multiple times I personally think the location is one of the best features of the hotel. First, the proximity to the beach is excellent. I also really love their large pool and the beach views from the pool area are excellent, vast expansive ocean and sky views. And the massage service at the beach side is a nice little luxury upgrade. Next is the proximity to two of the best night markets Hua Hin has to offer. Walking distance Cicada and Tamarind night markets. Note, these markets are primarily open in the evenings and on the weekend! Tamarind is open on Thursday. Anyway, I liked exploring this area and keep coming back to it so looking forward to staying at the hotel again.
