Very good experience. staff even upgraded us to a bigger room. the rooms were good and comfy. friendly staff to help us navigate Hualien too

nothing to complain, nice staff, nice facilities. the hotpot across the street is really good

I have stayed here several times and I am very satisfied every time.

Nice experience here, with perfect location

no issues with the hotel. eveything was standard and the breakfast was okay.

Hotel provides free afternoon tea and snacks for guests, as well as supper. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, within walking distance to the night market. The hotel emailed us as we had left some items in our rooms while hurriedly packing our bags. My sister and I were caught in the earthquake on 0403. Thanks to the professional front desk agents, we were able to get to the train station in hope of catching an afternoon train back to Taipei. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 3 hours, we were informed that all trains were cancelled. Our guide, Mason, who took us on the Taroko gorge tour the day before, was super super kind and helpful who went out of his way to rent a car and drove all 7 of us from the tour group to Kaohshiung. We spent the night there before taking the hsr to Taipei. Mason is truly exceptional, authentic and passionate. We are really grateful to Mason. Indeed, we are blessed to have met kind hearted souls in Hualien. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Hualien, Taiwan.

Great location, staffs are helpful.

Booked 1 night with breakfast. Opposite hotel has a convenient stall. Night market is few mins drive away. Opposite also has a really nice fried chicken shop. Breakfast spread is fine. Bed seems small for a double.

Location was great. Walking distance to lots of eateries. However, cleanliness could be improved, water dispenser was faulty, shower head was faulty and gym only included 3 cycling machine

It's a pretty nice hotel. i'll book it again when i visit Hualien City next time.

第一次來入住就獲得免費3人房升等到4人房，超讚的 👍 最令人驚艷的是下午有提供免費咖啡、飲料、餅乾、冰淇淋，週六特別時段更加碼爆米花、鬆餅、棉花糖～ （附上週六下午茶照片） 捷絲旅比起一般商旅多了不少公共設施，有小孩遊戲室（小而美）、圖書館和洗衣機免費（烘衣要收費），小孩說這可以給1000分！！

飯店整體很舒服.服務人員都很親切.隔壁就是扁食.離市區有近.很多家吃的東西走路幾分鐘就可到達.花蓮人潮不多.好吃餐廳也很多.下次還會入住
