Very clean n comfy room counter staff very polite and helpful very near railway station 5min walk got supermarket just opposite very good highly recommend

A nice hotel that is very conveniently located near the Hualien Bus Station (5mins walk) and Hualien Train Station (10mins walk) which means transportation around the area isn’t an issue. The room was clean and spacious - can fit two full-sized luggage comfortably with ample walking space. The service was very prompt as well - called front desk for more hangers and received them between 5-10mins. Wide variety of food for the buffet breakfast as well - porridge with condiments, toasts, cooked food. Would recommend this hotel for the transport convenience, good service and room size!

Very near the Bus Station. Room is clean and bathroom is good. Location is convenient to access minimart, family mart and many eateries along Guolian Road. No shortage of restaurants. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Will recommend to stay here again.

A convenient hotel near to the train station . Nothing wonderfully but enough comfortable for a transit stop

Took me only 5mins walking from Hualien TRA to the hotel. Hotel room spacious & top notch with balcony. Will stay the same hotel again if coming back.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable. Hotel provides free loan of bicycle which is very impressive. The only imperfection was when i asked for extra pillow, they charged me NT100. This is ridiculous.

Not so friendly

以前非常喜歡入住的花蓮飯店，但本次住宿體驗很不好，先是因為枕頭很低希望可以跟飯店多要一顆，飯店說如果有多要要加收清潔費…有點傻眼！再來就是空調是可以獨立開啟的，一打開空調就是非常大聲的冷氣壓縮機運行轟隆轟隆聲，過了不久，隔壁房間洗澡的水管聲更是像公車引擎一樣，轟轟轟轟轟轟…跟我以前住過的經典飯店差太多了…太失望了。

服務5星給前台年輕男服務員。我們本打算去七星潭，但他建議我們去松園別館（天氣冷和陰天，他說可能去海邊沒有那麼好玩）。設施偏舊，可是$500/2人連早餐，也有免費車站接送，性價比不錯。

地點在花蓮火車站附近，購買東西便利，有附阿美麻糬95折的VIP購物卷，早上8:30就有飛機起降會影響到睡眠，可以拍照戰鬥機。

早餐自助式很多選擇也很好吃 一進房間沒有異味，廁所也沒有味道 客房服務非常好，整理的很乾淨，第二天還有請我們吃麻糬 服務人員也都很客氣，感受良好 然後入住會給你阿美麻糬的VIP卡，可以在各門市打95折
