JiangYuan Heritage Boutique Hotel recensioner

I am so glad I booked this hotel. The hotel is so beautiful! It is an old ancient house refurbished with modern amenities. But take note that there is no elevator, so any mobility issue guest should book the first floor rooms. The service staff, Sisi, is so kind and helpful. We got a resort like service from a small boutique hotel. We are so grateful. The hotel also provided pick up from Railway station, which allowed us to be linked up with the local drivers. The breakfast provided is also a great spread of carb, protein, and fiber. I wish I could come back again and again.

The hotel has a service to pick up guests from the train station. Driver Song was professional in his communication and arrived on time. He was easy to communicate with using translation apps. He drove us safely to the hotel where they met us with umbrellas to escort us down the small alleyway that led to the hotel. It is in a beautiful heritage building renovated. The concierge service is exceptional. They gave us restaurant recommendations, tips and weather forecast via WeChat message. We chose our breakfast and it was served to us on time and it was very yummy. They even gave us a room upgrade to a room that had a bathtub. This was very kind and a lovely present for my birthday.

A beautiful 200+ year old boutique hotel that conserves history yet provides accommodation that is modern and comfortable. The service provided by the team is excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. Staff (especially Ms. Song) is knowledgeable and able to provide a narrative about the history of the hotel. Location is in the midst of Tunxi old street and convenient to travel around other attractions and a variety of food options, including coffee places for foreigners like us.

My wife and I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Jiang Yuan and wished I had stayed a day or two longer. We appreciated the care and love that went to the restoration and upkeep of the heritage building. It was not lost on us that the owner is also the descendent. We learnt so much about the building and it's architecture from the staff and a kind gentleman who is a regular. The staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was great. The location is unbeatabke as it is at the heart of the 老街.

Firstly the hotel is beautiful and so clean and breakfast is yummy as well. What sets them apart is that their service staff are just amazing, they are so responsive over WeChat on how to make ticket bookings and arrange transport. Really appreciate all the small things like making sure we have coffee and snacks and even helping us find a 24-hr clinic after hours (big shout out to Si Si, thank you so much!). Would 1000% stay again and recommend them to anyone.

We were not too sure what to expect from our first China trip so it was with much relief to receive such warm welcome and care when we reach our accomodation in Tunxi. Not only is our hotel a beautifully well-kept centuries-old heritage building, the service rendered by the staff was the highlight of our trip. They made special arrangements for us to have our breakfast (and it was a awesome breakfast too!) earlier as we were trying to reach Huangshan as early as possible. On our way back, we decided to stay one more night here as my friend was unwell. It felt like we were coming home, when we reached the hotel the second time. The staff even helped us to find a drugstore for us to buy some medicine to treat the stomach upset. My friend was really grateful for help rendered. I was a little skeptical at first as there was no review from a foreigner yet. However, I was drawn to the photos of the hotel interior and decided to give it a try. No regrets at all. It was a very pleasant stay, so much so that I decided to extend my stay for another night. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The house has over 200 years of history and is representative of traditional Hui zhou architecture. On our first day there, the staff, who is also part of the family clan, shared with us the clan and house's history. It was pretty interesting and you can actually find more of their historical background on the internet. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there and would very gladly choose to stay there again if I ever go back to Huangshan.

Best hotel we had so far in China, great place and the staff is helpful and speak English (a little).

Very tastefully renovated and designed. Everything was perfect. Will come again next time.

這個民宿果然是很有文化底藴，特別是前台的主理人和當天的服務人員熱情講解後，對她又加深了了解。房間還給我們升級了，房間做二層，推開窗就可以看到天井的位置，房間的窗户都是木格窗，非常漂亮😻特別是美人靠，很有閨閣的感覺。早餐是定製的套餐，知道我們是回民不吃豬肉，特意做了素食早餐，很貼心！下次再來還住這裏。

酒店位置優越，就在屯溪老街邊的小巷裡，是一座上百年的老宅，酒店裝修的典雅精緻，房間設施齊全安靜，服務人員熱情周到，請司機宋師傅陪同遊玩了兩天，更是認真負責，介紹的景點都很喜歡。非常推薦的度假酒店

帶長者和孩子從黃山下來直奔屯溪老街，一週前看點評定了該民宿，果然是古香古色復古大氣的風格。兩位漂亮的小美女知道我們到了，到馬路邊迎接我們，一路幫忙拖着大行李讓我們感動不已。不近給我們升級了房間，還幫助我們將行李搬到二樓，真是服務的熱淚盈眶。 房間特別漂亮，小窗孩子很喜歡很有特點。第二天的早餐更是搭配的很用心。我們一家三口都非常感激這次的體驗～

烈日中抵達時，民宿的接站姑娘已盈盈相候。踏入廳堂，穿堂風裹着木質幽香拂面而來，百年的徽派樑柱與當代設計相映成趣，姑娘指尖輕撫雕花窗欞，將五代人守護這座老宅的故事娓娓道來。皖南的月色還未攀上馬頭牆，見我們晚歸，送上了水，並説"微醺雖好，解渴更宜"，很貼心很可愛。而晨光裏那碗澆頭面鮮得真切，倒是惦記着未及品嚐的溏心煎蛋，給這水墨畫般的停留添了筆可愛的留白。

天氣原因我們的航班延誤了4個小時，凌晨才到 因為預約了酒店的接機服務，所以酒店工作人員和司機師傅一直在等我們，很感謝；並且因為超時付款了司機師傅費用 前台的工作人員還幫我們升級了客房 獨享最高層，也很感謝。 酒店是老宅改造的 很有特色，衞生和硬件設施都很到位 這次太匆忙了 下次再來的時候 可以仔細逛逛酒店和老街
