Hotel doesn’t look like the pictures online at all. Cleanliness is below average - the first room I checked in to had a cigarette butt in the middle of the table and one on the toilet floor. Entire room did not feel clean at all. Requested to switch rooms and got one that was just slightly better - this time the sink was in the bathroom instead of outside - but the cupboard doors were broken and the toilet floor couldn’t drain water properly. Would not stay again despite the low cost!

I can only say “You Get What You Pay For”, at this price, don’t expect much.
The poor service is something I would like to highlight. One of the owners of the hotel is very rude and unprofessional, when I asked him questions and talked to him, he didn’t look at me at all, his eyes were locked to his handphone where he’s playing a game. And because he didn’t pay attention to what I told him, as a result he sent me to the wrong bus transfer station to Huangshan the next morning.
The hotel is really spooky at night because they turn off almost all the lights at night including their hotel Signboard.

I am a solo traveler who doesn't speak Chinese. So, I have to use the translator app on the cell phone to communicate with the stuff. Overall, this hotel offers the average quality of the guest room with runout pieces of furniture but comfortable bed. In the shower room water was not hot enough. That has to be fixed. Other big concern is an open unprotected WiFi. My numerous attempts to let me to connect to a secure password protected WLAN failed. The positive feature is, probably, hotel's location. The hotel is about 20 minutes by walk from the bus station South Gate to the Huangshan Geopark. From here, you take a bus ride to go to the cable car lines. From here you also take a bus to go to the Huangshan North Railway Station.

It was good, not the cleanest indeed but everything I needed was there and the bed and towels are clean and was out the whole day so it was perfect for evenings and sleeping etc

Very sad to need to write a bad review but the room was terribly dirty and the quality overall was quite bad - the staff was friendly and the location is very convenient to hike Huangshan early in the morning.
