Floral Hotel·One valley and one villa (South Gate store of Huangshan Scenic Area) recensioner

The hospitality provided are simply superb and heart warming. It's a family run premise giving details to every one of their clients' desires. The free breakfast provided is simple yet complete. The home cooked meals are tasty and healthy. The furnishing is of high standard and the bed extremely comfortable. Lots of gadgets to play with as the lightings, curtain and entertainment system are all voice controlled. The environment around the vicinity is tranquill and clean. The location is convenient and closed to many sites including the ever famous Mt. Huang. Definitely a place to be when in the region.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are fantastic. We were dealing with a difficult personal situation during our stay and the hotel were super accommodating and flexible. We had a wonderfully relaxing time despite the circumstances and I don't think that would've been the case if we had stayed anywhere else. In fact this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, super comfortable and extremely clean, beautiful facilities and the design is just wonderful, and VIP treatment from start to finish. They obviously care tremendously about making their guests welcome and comfortable and you really really feel it. It would be impossible to have a bad experience if you stay here. They will do everything to make sure you feel looked after. A+++

The stay here was awesome! The room is super spacious and clean. However the most important thing we enjoyed was the Lady Boss friendliness and how she shared information on Huangshan hiking guide. No doubt here is a bit further in, but they provide free transport to Huangshan scenic area, you just need to contact them in advance and they can arrange transport to fetch you from a very centralised location (tang kou jie)! Also she gave us some farewell goodies! Thank you and overall will recommend to stay here!

I highly recommend this place! The owner and everyone at this hotel is very welcoming. From the moment I walked in, people were so helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain the different routes to Huangshan. They also will drive you to the town/entrance to Huangshan for a low rate. They also have breakfast and dinners available at the hotel if you choose to eat there. Anyway, the room was very comfortable and I would definitely want to come back!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It’s new and cozy. The room has everything you might need. There’s a nice terrace and a nice balcony. And a cute little puppy. They also serve breakfast and help you with transfers and storing luggage. Very friendly and welcoming stuff

It’s an amazing, beautiful peaceful and quiet place. All stuff new and super clean. They meet you with complementary dinner and fruits. So most brilliant thing in this hotel is excellent service and homely host. Highly recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!

非常好這是我一生以來不管住酒店還是民宿中最好的沒有之一特別是老闆和老闆娘積極幫我們解決問題朋友總是忘帶房卡老闆娘不厭其煩多次幫忙開門我還差點把房卡弄丟老闆娘積極解決並説不用賠償最後房卡被找回特別是他們的飯菜做的衹能説我恨自己衹長了一個胃

房間出乎意料的舒服，老闆很熱情，路線規劃合適，餐廳的飯菜可口，價格實惠的讓我忘了這是在景區。門口可以停車，不遠的公共停車場可以充電，總之他們是我這幾年以來住的最舒服的民宿了。值得推薦。

後悔沒在這多住兩天。到黃山北站前就主動聯繫我，問我們是否需要接站，並給了合理的建議。像我們這種一大家子出行，房型其實很難選，但這家民宿就很人性化，房型都能滿足我們需要，關鍵是價格合理，性價比超高。到民宿後直接給我們升級了房型，並讓我們自己參觀後決定選擇，立馬好感度大漲。房間設施現代化，投影，智能馬桶，語音控制等等，一應俱全。民宿靠近翡翠谷景區，雖然位置不在南大門邊上，但是人家免費包接送。主要我計劃第二天上山，並在山上住一晚，但是一大家子出行，着行李可不少，下山後又定了別家酒店體驗温泉，行李存放成了難題，本想商量一下在民宿寄存，等下山來取，結果人家直接問好我下家酒店位置，讓我們不用擔心了，等我們上山後直接送到下家酒店。並提出我們下山後，也免費把我們送到下家酒店。好感動，服務做到盡善盡美了。最讓我感動的還是這裏的餐食，超級好吃，隨便哪道菜都是黃山一絕，甚至我們之後都住在其他酒店了，吃飯還都去他家吃。太符合我們口味了。本以為這就完了吧，臨走又送了一堆伴手禮。這樣做民宿，不想好都難吧。

選了好久選到的這家民宿 周邊環境很好，地處翡翠谷景區 房間乾淨，設施齊全，爬山配備登山杖 去黃山很近，民宿安排接送 退房時老闆娘還準備了伴手禮 下次來還要選擇這裏

房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，有大漂窗，窗外景色宜人。老闆娘很熱情專業地給我們介紹了爬黃山的攻略，並免費給我們升級了房間，這裏飯菜也很好吃，下次來一定會再住這裏。

民宿在翡翠谷這裏環境很不錯的，房間夠大，全屋智能，窗簾的遮光也很好 入住當天老闆提前打了電話問需不需要幫忙叫車，入住的時候老闆還幫忙把第二天的爬山路線給劃好了，第二天就帶着那份地圖爬山哈哈哈 早飯也不錯的，爬完山第二天慢慢吃了一個小時，邊吃邊看老闆家的小貓蹲在外面😉
