Floral Hotel·One valley and one villa (South Gate store of Huangshan Scenic Area) recensioner

The stay here was awesome! The room is super spacious and clean. However the most important thing we enjoyed was the Lady Boss friendliness and how she shared information on Huangshan hiking guide. No doubt here is a bit further in, but they provide free transport to Huangshan scenic area, you just need to contact them in advance and they can arrange transport to fetch you from a very centralised location (tang kou jie)! Also she gave us some farewell goodies! Thank you and overall will recommend to stay here!

Great hotel with a great staff ! Also, the room was so clean and cozy with all needed facilities. Breakfast was delicious. The highest recommendation!!!😍😍😍😍

I highly recommend this place! The owner and everyone at this hotel is very welcoming. From the moment I walked in, people were so helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain the different routes to Huangshan. They also will drive you to the town/entrance to Huangshan for a low rate. They also have breakfast and dinners available at the hotel if you choose to eat there. Anyway, the room was very comfortable and I would definitely want to come back!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It’s new and cozy. The room has everything you might need. There’s a nice terrace and a nice balcony. And a cute little puppy. They also serve breakfast and help you with transfers and storing luggage. Very friendly and welcoming stuff

It’s an amazing, beautiful peaceful and quiet place. All stuff new and super clean. They meet you with complementary dinner and fruits. So most brilliant thing in this hotel is excellent service and homely host. Highly recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!

房間很乾凈，設施齊全，有地暖和空調。 洗澡也很舒服。 服務特別好， 民宿幫忙聯繫從黃山北站到民宿的車子拼車40/人。爬山的話送到南門是不要錢的。 伴手禮的黃山燒餅很好吃。 民宿餐廳的菜也很好吃，還有可愛貓貓。 距離翡翠谷走過去就幾分鐘，爬完黃山第二天早上沒事情做可以去逛一圈。

體驗感很不錯，離黃山大巴中轉站很近，老闆會免費接送👍🏻，爬完山那天晚飯在民宿用的，味道很不錯，8點多想去鎮上買奶茶，老闆也很熱情的接送了，明年暑假還來，逛逛旁邊的翡翠谷，周邊也有漂流的地方

這次黃山之旅運氣還是比較好的，趕上了雲海、日出、日落，在此民宿住了兩晚，先住第一晚，第二天住山上，第三天下來又住了一晚。設施齊全，屋內都是智能家居，該有的一應俱全。服務是非常周到的，老闆娘一家人及廚房阿姨都是客客氣氣的，有求必應，退房也有特產贈送。這裏包早餐，而且早餐也很豐富，標準的中式早餐，量大味美，中午晚餐也在這裏吃，肉類菜有點偏貴，但味道不錯。地理位置稍微偏了一點點，距離逍遙溪換乘站近，離湯口鎮中心有點距離，從黃山北站拼車的價格都貴10元，到湯口鎮中心30，到這裏要40，如果喜歡安靜的倒是可以考慮這裏，住這對遊黃山沒影響，都是車接車送。衞生方面如果是剛入住的話是沒問題的，但我第三天由於訂的是同一間房，所以第一天的東西基本沒怎麼收拾，只是鋪了床、倒了垃圾、填了點洗漱用品，喝完的水瓶未丟，套在坐廁上的一次性袋子也沒收拾也沒補充，這些也只是小的細節，對整體的體驗印象不是很大，但也可以做到更好。還有一點必須要改進的就是廁所的燈跟沖涼房的燈是同一條線，而且還是自動感應的，最不能接受的是感應器在廁所裏，沖涼房裡沒有，而且時間很短，上個廁所要稍微久一點就黑了，要用手觸一下門才亮，而如果是洗澡，裏面沒有感應器，洗一次澡基本上要黑兩次，而且要人出來才能感應到，要麼就是讓另一個人走過去才行，這個非常不人性化，希望能儘快改善。這個房型在樓頂，當天下雨，睡覺時久不久有空調漏水的聲音，起來找又沒找到到底是什麼原因，所以第一天晚上沒怎麼睡好，第三天沒下雨，就沒有這種聲音出現，希望能找到原因完善一下。總體而言還是挺不錯的，服務可以彌補一切。

裝修硬件服務床品衞生飯菜都很到棒！刷新了我對民宿的印象。老闆一家都很好，住的很舒服。房間設計佈局都很在線，空調出風口設計的很贊😎12月房間暖暖的。而且老闆根本沒提點評的事，真心推薦～

酒店位置安靜，環境優美，房間乾淨漂亮，店家免費接送到南門入口，美女老闆，服務特別好，給我們指引了一條相當棒的一日遊路線，晚飯也好吃，忘了拍照片。下次來黃山，一定再次入住一谷一墅。
