Excellent service - extremely helpful with arrangements for pick up from Train station and to/from the mountain. Very comfortable bed and laundry facilities. Short walk to Emerald Valley.  In house restaurant meals were good and convenient as I didn’t want to venture out after long day trekking. I would absolutely recommend to solo or family travelers. Plus the kitty cat is most friendly ambassador

Floral Songye is very service-oriented. Shon, who can speak English, helped us plan our hiking trips and advised us on the nearby attractions. They helped us get rides and book us tickets at a lower price than we can get them ourselves. They also provided us with free rides to and from Huangshan and nearby attractions. They have quite a good menu at their restaurant and the food is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and they provided us with free tea and snacks. The hotel is right next to the beautiful Emerald Valley. We would definitely stay with this family hotel again when we next visit Huangshan.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this modern hotel, where the rooms were exceptionally nice. Being able to stroll to the picturesque Emerald Walk right from the hotel was truly a highlight. The breakfast was not only delicious but also served with a charming touch. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, graciously addressing any concerns or issues that arose. Their attentive service truly enhanced our stay, leaving us with nothing but fond memories.

Great hosts, food is tasty and room comfortable

The location is great. The owner and the staff (family members) are all very nice, friendly, and helpful. Also gave us great hiking tips in Huangshan. Introduced to us a very good driver who took us to different tourist spots and good places for local food.

衞生：衞生很乾凈，屋子裡沒有異味。 環境：就在翡翠谷停車場上面。去景區很方便，周圍環境很棒，院子裏還有小魚，孩子很喜歡。 服務：提前聯繫了酒店接的我們，從換乘中心到翡翠谷，還有中間去了趟九龍瀑都是老闆開車送我們的，很貼心。 飲食：孩子很喜歡吃那個歡迎小食芒果味的糖果和那個芝麻酥，而且這幾天早中晚都在民宿吃的，感覺都挺好吃的，都是大姨現做的，孩子不能吃辣，所以都沒加辣椒。味道都不錯，價錢也不貴。 感覺是一家寶藏民宿，如果有朋友來玩，一定會推薦這裏的😊

早飯挺好，店家自己做的米粥豆漿雞蛋鹹菜包子燒賣玉米，家常口味。整體挺乾淨的，炒菜也挺香，距離景區特別近，整體體驗很好

我們臨時來黃山和朋友一家相會一日，房間挺乾淨的，就在翡翠谷旁邊，供應早餐很不錯。店裡的服務人員態度都很親切～ 我們在回程路上接到酒店電話説落了一枚戒指，我自己都忘了⋯ 感謝店家提醒，並且特意給我寄過來，實在是太好心。 有空會再來。

凌晨兩點多才到該酒店，人家還在等我們呢，首先説一下房型，格局很棒，房間內也很乾凈，早上起來陽光充足[太陽]，還吃了一頓早飯，這頓早點讓我吃美了，以前在外面吃了這麼多美食，反而覺得這頓早點最合我胃口🍴（๑´ڡ`๑）

房間很有設計感，很乾凈整潔，出行很方便，就在山腳下，晚上睡覺很安靜，早餐很好吃，登山回來吃的晚餐也很好吃。老闆非常熱情，給我們規劃登山路線，還送了雨衣和登山杖。體驗感非常不錯的入住。

自駕車從黃山北站過去的，約1小時車程，需要走一段山路才能到。大位置有點偏遠。到達後是一個民俗區，環境挺好，安靜。不遠處就是翡翠谷景區。老闆給升級了房型，房間比較大，乾淨，佈置優雅。這裡有餐廳，可以點餐，味道挺好。適合自駕遊，門前就可停車。

非常棒的地方，四周的風景太美了。民宿還有位大廚掌勺，味道很正！竹筍火腿湯、石耳雞湯印象深刻。另外，還有什麼比老闆親自挑選的火腿肉更好的手信呢？真是額外的驚喜！

太喜歡這家民宿了。地理位置優越，走路5分鐘就到翡翠谷，開車4分鐘到香溪漂流。孩子們玩得很開心。關鍵是民宿有一衹貓咪，温柔可愛，很親人。小朋友可喜歡了。老闆手藝很好，燒的一手好菜，特別是雞湯，絕對美味😋。我兒子説不想離開這裏了，從黃山下來就心心戀戀的，説以後還要來住。
