Manager was very friendly and helpful getting us to/from station and then visitor center. He even helped us buy tickets online. Highly recommend.

I really love this hotel. The service was superb. As solo traveler who doesn’t know how to speak Chinese, the boss is really enthusiastic to help on on my trip to Huashan. He offer service for train station pickup. Furthermore he even drive me for Huashan tourist area back and forth. After I finished the trip, he also drive me to the train station with no cost. He try his best to make customers satisfy with their stay. He also helped me secure the mountain area tickets. His attitude in this business is impressive. Hotel also provide very good accommodation. The room was nice and there is a hotel restaurant that you can have breakfast before mountain hiking with some small extra cost. Brilliant!

The service was excellent! manager 小尹helped us to get the entrance +cable car + shuttle combo online, otherwise we needed to line up. He also arranged the drop off and pick up from the park for free, many thanks!! The room was large with a nice Hua Shan view. I love the Biang biang noodle.

Room is nice and have all required facility. Owner is extremely nice. He offer pick up service to train station and entrance gate as mentioned. He try his best to make sure customer have a happy stay.

This hotel is far beyond my expectation. Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms. She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for. She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones. Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

The room was wide and clean. The owner very friendly and helpful. She can't speak english but so much passion to take care us. We contact via wechat, she was very fast response and good managed for help us to booking huashan tickets. Free service about pick up-drop off during stay for 2 nights. Their driver also nice and service. The hotel located away from Huashan north railway station (15 mins by car).

My mom and I stayed at Gomo Hotel. We are on our 1 month vacation in China and we made the right choice to choose this place as our pitstop. 1. Free pick up and drop off from Railway station 2. Free pick up and drop off from Huashan Tourist Center 3. Free service to book all tickets to Huashan (bus, cable car). Xiao Yin also helped to inform us that my mom can pay less based on elderly price! 4. Hiking pole rental and gloves are free to use!! 5. Helped to order food via ******* for us as we don’t have Chinese phone number. Once they order for us, we just transferred the money via Alipay to them! To be honest their customer service is SUPERB!!!! Do come here!

Very nice and accommodating staff. The room is clean, big enough and the hotel is close to Tai Shan. The food is also very good, overall an excellent hotel.

Great stay! The guys went out of their way to make my stay great - pickup/drop-off from the station, took me to the start of the hike + were very generous at both breakfast and dinner! Great value if you want to stay near Huashan!

This hotel is warm welcome from Jiejie host. She is really energetic, warm service and suggests everythings which is great deal like booking ticket for us to visiting Huashan, pick up-drop off service.
