Shaanxi Dijian Nanshan (Huashan) Hot Spring Hotel recensioner

Huge hotel. The hot springs were amazing. Breakfast choices were limited and food was quite expensive.

The hotel is located right beside in of the entrances to Huashan . The pool and hot springs were great but only opened at 11 o’clock and quite a few of the springs did not get filled .

It is a nice environment and nice service, the staff are polite and helpful, and customer service is good.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

Super big room with hua shan views. Low tourist season means it feels like we book out the whole hotel!

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent staffers provided impeccable services, especially Lee (did not get his full name but he mentioned that his grandmother was a physician) drove us around to the spas and showed us around.

We enjoyed this hotel so much we extended our stay. The hotel features a hot-spring spa area as well as pool, sauna and jacuzzi. (Extra charges for each unless you book the package through c trip. The hotel is walking distance from the scenic area entry so well worth booking if you want to relax after a day in the mountains.

爬華山住在這裏本來就是衝著他家地理位置方便，自駕直接停酒店走過去即可，前台還幫忙定了華山門票。驚喜是後面爬完山之後，泡了他家的温泉，大腿的痠痛感減輕了很多，第二天就滿血復活了。設備略有點陳舊，但是其他方面都很滿意，值得推薦。

爺爺奶奶外公外婆寶子和寶媽一共6人，預訂的2間親子房，簡直完美！長者睡大床，剩下寶子和寶媽各睡每個房裡的一張小床。其實也不小，單人床也挺寬。面積很優秀，尤其廁所空間寬敞，有浴缸（沒泡）。配套有孩子的洗浴用品一整套，上廁所的小凳和馬桶圈，浴袍，拖鞋。就連礦泉水都是mini款的很可愛。房間製冷很ok。買的房型自帶温泉票。白天去爬華山，下午到酒店沐浴着夕陽的光輝泡温泉，別提多舒服了！一整個解乏啊，腿都不酸了。早上在西峯吹的大風，温泉一泡全都散了。好多好多池子，都泡不過來。服務員遞水遞毛巾很勤快的，每個池子也很有特色。住店客人有小車接送來回，很方便。自駕有很大的停車場，非常方便。早餐也很ok，吃飽沒問題。就是沒有冷牛奶，需要跟服務員單獨要，從冰箱裏直接取出來倒。距離華山遊客中心非常非常近，步行10分鐘的距離就能到。如果酒店有能送去遊客中心的接駁小車就更好啦，哈哈哈哈，畢竟山上下來不想多走路了。酒店真的大。。。剛辦完入住還差點迷路。

訂的山景雙床房，窗景很美，房間很大。 玩完華山一整天，返來酒店泡溫泉真的舒適。 溫泉區服務人員很細心，送上菊花茶又介紹各個溫泉特色，五星。

會再次光顧的， 設施：浴缸🛁很舒服，自動馬桶很乾凈方便 衞生：很好 環境：距離華山服務中心檢票10分鐘以內的步行距離，酒店內外各方面環境體驗感很nice! 服務：前台，餐廳，管家三方面的服務意識和態度都非常好非常温暖！非常贊！👍👍👍 早/晚餐品種豐富，是理想狀態，星級廚師，星級服務！床品很舒服！本入住是為旅行加分的無悔選擇！🥰

房間面積很大，床品舒適，但一些房間太靠近隔壁的連霍高速，噪音振動很嚴重。早餐一般般。温泉距離遠。離華山景區遊客服務中心很近很方便。
