服務很不錯，比較熱情。房間設施有點舊了。晚上邊上好像是KTV還是什麼，對有的人來説可能有點吵。周圍吃的很方便。

이틀을 묵는동안 방 내부에 개미가 기어다니고 다음날 방 청소나 욕실 청소도 안해주고 욕실 사용 비품도 새로 교체도 안해주고 사용후 수건 수거도 안하고 새타월만 갖다 놓아서 모든것이 엉망인 호텔 입니다. 호텔 숙박 추천 안해주고 싶습니다.

Central location was the only good thing about this hotel. Room was smaller than advertised (18m2, instead of 35m2 as advertised), old, dirty with poor soundproof. Rubbish of the previous guests were still in the room. Very disappointed and not worth any penny.

Quan and his staffs are really amazing in helping us out in everything, they help us rent a bike, do laundry and show us good local places and food to eat. On top of that, the price is really good for the quality of the hotel. The room is clean, spacious and I love blasting cold AC. Also it’s in really good location close to everything you need. I would come back again if I have a chance in Huế. ❤️

The staff is so nice and helpful. I forgot my power bank and they organize everything to send it to my next hotel. Very good communication. Thank you for this !!! Also, the location is very nice and we can rent some motorbikes. Thank you again !!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I turned up after a huge ride in the rain and as soon as l arrived (still raining) the staff came out and helped me straight away. They could see that l was soaking wet, cold and tired and they just checked me in straight away and even took my bags up to my room and hung my jackets up to dry. They couldn’t have been more helpful and everyday they made me feel so welcome. I was only booked in for a night tho l stayed 3nights in a large corner room which was great size with a huge TV which had many English channels. There is abit of construction going on outside tho it didn’t bother me. For the price and location l would highly recommend.

The Nice Hotel was convenient, clean and very good value. The best thing was the staff were super friendly and helpful! There is also a coffee shop as part of the reception, great for early arrivals etc. I also booked an airport transfer with the hotel, which was super convenient and my driver was waiting when I arrived - brilliant!
