Sapphire Hotel Hue

Отель чистый, расположен удобно. Удобный матрас.Не шумно.На стойке заказывал мотобайк, всё без проблем. Завтрак простой.Была проблема с вентиляцией,окно не открывалось(сломана защёлка) а кондиционер работает только на холод,.

There's a lot of good I can say about this place but not everything ws so, I'm afraid. Maybe it was the heavy rain that got me down but maybe not. On the positive side, the room probably looks and feels better than the photos. The bed was soooo comfortable. But on the negative side, the Air Con didn't work properly and, despite reporting this, nothing changed. Coming back after a soaking wet & humid day there was no way to dry or even air our wet clothes. The room then stank a little bit of damp. But on the upside, we got fresh towels & drinking water each day. Another positive was the breakfast. The egg & tomato omelette with bread was delicious ('coffee', not so much). Compliments to the happy omlette chef. Moreover, when I had an early start one day, she started breakfast early...just for me 😊 Thank you again 🙏 However, I was then a bit disappointed when I left that morning in torrential monsoon like rain. Because when I asked for an umbrella so I could go to the meeting point 5 minutes away, I was quite curtly told (by another member of staff); 'sorry we don't do that'! When I came back that evening there was nowhere for me to dry my footwear. But ALL of that being said...the member of staff who helped us get a good rate for a taxi to the airport deserves praise. Moreover, she was always pleasant, clear & helpful (H'uong I believe was her name but I apologise if I have spelt that incorrectly). Excellent customer service 😊

Newly renovated hotel. Good bed, clean and new toilets and shower. Very well equipped rooms Staff very helpful with indications, helping with transport booking... Very centric, close to many bars and restaurants area I would come back

Hotel is bij binnenkomst netjes en aardig personeel bij de receptie. Kamers leken ook netjes op het eerste gezicht. In de avond toen we in bed lagen hadden we beide opeens erg jeuk en zijn we gaan kijken hoe dit kon. BED WANTSEN, het bed had plekken aan alle kanten. Ook stond er een matras in de hal die besmette plekken had. Het probleem was bekend bij het personeel maar er werd niks mee gedaan!!! Nadat we dit probleem aangaven hebben we 2 andere kamers gekregen, maar deze hadden beide hetzelfde probleem (zie bijgaande foto’s) we zijn midden in de nacht weggegaan hierdoor vonden het heel erg goor. Volgende dag gevraagd om een refund (hadden 2 nachten geboekt) maar werd heel moeilijk over gedaan en de eigenaresse was totaal niet behulpzaam. Ze wou eerst een positieve review zien voordat we een gedeeldelijke refund zouden krijgen. Belachelijk! Hier gaan we nooit meer naartoe!
