Kobi Onsen Resort Hue, Affiliated by Meliá recensioner

It's definitely Gem of Hue! The resort is distance from town. Leaving of busy street and beep beep sound. The koi pool and paddy field view from our room chase some of the hot for this summer. The staff are helpful and supportive. Onzen is professional and clean. We're having a great time of stay on this spacious resort.

It's in very quiet location.. 4 to 5 kms away from the downtown hue near rice and paddy fields... Hotels foods are very good, rooms are ok clean big balcony.... And about the onsen it's very nice... Plunges are beautiful carved and built but dry sauna was preety big and bit smelly of odour, overall it's a good experience..

It’s a nice hotel quite clean and good service the Onsen Spa is amazing. Good breakfast just the coffee is not so nice good sushi better don’t eat the steak. But in total a good hotel the pool was in renovation so we got the onsen complementary which was nice

Overall I had a great experience until the last night ( Saturday night) when the hotel was fully booked for some kind of very wild Vietnamese people- big families with around 50 kids of different ages ( they came to celebrate the birthday) in total who ruined my sleep at 5:40am and then again ( after I told them to shut up) at 07:40 am so I couldn’t fall asleep anymore ( I worked till 01:00 am and wanted to sleep at least till 0900)🤦🏼♀️ Their kids are running the hallway from early morning screaming with doors opened into their rooms where their parents are shouting at each other ( those uneducated people from the villages can’t talk quite). You can hear it with your door closed very loudly ( my alarm rings even quieter). The evening before they were singing karaoke in the meeting room next to the lobby bar ( in the main building), so I could hear it in my room on 5th floor. I don’t understand why hotel management allows these such big groups which don’t even know to to respect other guests especially in 5* hotel to stay at such famous brand hotel ( Meliá) . Those kind of the LOCAL guests just ruin the image of the hotel! I pay money for 5* hotel to have a good sleep, but not to be disturbed by other guests 24/7 who have no manners and do not teach their kids how to behave in such places. My suggestions for a light sleepers to AVOID this hotel on WEEKENDS as you probably won’t be able to sleep. I have been living in Vietnam for 7 months ( mostly in 4-5* hotels ) and noticed that is a common practice for some Vietnamese to gather whole village and book 5* star hotel for weekends for celebrations. I had the same issue in very nice 4* hotel in Hoi A where I stayed during 6 weeks. Every weekend it was a nightmare for me (in the night and early morning!). In all other aspects if you come to Kobi during the week this is amazing hotel! Beds, views, ONSEN, breakfast….and staff are amazing! Thanks to everyone who works in this hotel for providing a high quality service.

Stayed at KOBI Onsen Resort Hue – really enjoyed the hot baths, especially in the evening (they’re open until 9:30 PM). The park on the property is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a relaxing walk. Make sure to book a room with a view – it really enhances the experience.

An excellent spa complex with a great hotel breakfast and bonuses in the form of complimentary gifts from the hotel.

It's perfect for us ! From the day we check in, stay, and check out. The service was very humble and pleasant. Onsen was a big big surprise ! And their spa treatment , really good that we wanted more. Restaurant breakfast, dinner all we tried and it was very high standard. Locals shop really can't even make me feel wow at all compared to this. We don't even need to go explore the city once we stayed because there are just so many thing to do and not enough time. We will definitely come back again and our memories of Hue was made perfect because of Melia ! Thanks. Billy Looi Room 327

Great place with good restaurants

Nice clean resort. Not to near to the city and in quiet space.

You definitely get what you pay for. The hotel and room were extremely clean and had all the essentials. In the morning, there's a breakfast buffet with a nice variety of food to choose from. The view was lovely, with an artificial Japanese zen garden vibe that added a nice touch. While it's not located right in the heart of the city, it's still conveniently close. I would definitely come back if I visit again.

It was one of my best vacations so far. My family was relaxed and enjoyed a lot during the stay. We booked the family villa and had our own private onsen. Villa was clean and tidy, staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. But take note that other facilities like mud bath and public onsen come with charges which confused me at first. Otherwise, everything else is good. I have to give an additional star for the after service. My mom forgot her jewelry after we leave, and we managed to contact the receptionist and return the jewelry back to my mom. Thanks a lot, and we will definitely come back next time

Отель как всегда на высоте. Постоянно какие-то дополнительные приятности от отеля , замечательный afternoon tea. Хороший завтрак и отличный bbq night. Бассейн чистый, теплый, одно удовольствие.
