Would expect more from the price. Bad smell from the pipes on the morning. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Little noisy from the street.

Good service and room was clean. They have a pool and a restaurant for buffet breakfast. The only small issue I have was that the aircon was a little warm

When we got there, we welcomed so warmly by Han on the receptionist, a very good man who packed our breakfast the next morning because our flight was leaving so early. The staff was really welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is amazing and the food was great.

Very friendly staff who were always very attentive! Didn’t eat breakfast here as wanted to explore around. Swimming pool was lovely for a dip after walking around Hue

We really enjoyed our stay at EMM Hotel! The staff was very friendly and even arranged for an earlier check in! The location is a bit outside of the center, but still very walkable! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

Rooms are very noisy and made of thin walls. The cleaners already knocked on the door before 8AM and a second time at 08:30, and even opened the door while we yelled ‘not now’ - ridiculous. Pool is nice though..

Really nice hotel. Lovely pool in a courtyard. Great staff particularly in the bar and restaurant . Really good breakfast.

Everything was good until we check out. The old security man at night shift wasnt as friendly as old man in the morning. But anw good location made we enjoyed this trip.

Aircon is not cold . Location very good. So far overall 4 stars. No complaints . Many shops to walk around

Very nice hotel, short 15 minutes walk to some or the area attractions. Room was faultless,big and clean with a nice balcony and view. Pool was amazing and very zen. Breakfast was really good , lots of choices. Staff were helpful and always smiling. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in and I've stayed in a lot, enjoy.

In the centre of things. 20 minutes to palace. Good breakfast.
