It is within walking distance of the downtown area and is also close to the river, making it easily accessible.

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore all the beautiful places of Hue! Room was big with comfortable beds and big bathroom👍. Staff so friendly and helped us in everything with competent advice! So appreciated. Almost forgot: breakfast is a tasty mix of western and Vietnamese dishes. 😊

Big, spacious room. Easy check-in. Kind, helpful staff. The rooms have views of the river and local parks. Walking distance toany good restaurants and bars. About a 20-minute walk to the Imperial City.

The property has very cool, clean, and nice decor. The staff was excellent anytime we needed anything, especially Van Duc, who helped us secure a jeep tour to Da Nang. He was very helpful during this process and continued to check to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel is very economical. I recommend staying at this property.

This hotel don't have shower in the bathroom, very inconvenient. But the location is great, the breakfast is multi choice and yummy. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rubbish type hotel with very bad attitude of the staff. The hygiene is very bad, there are cockroaches and ants in the room and on the bed, the smell of the room is very strong, as a gold member of Ctrip, I regret. Vệ sinh rất tệ, có gián và kiến trong phòng và trên giường, mùi trong phòng rất nặng, với tư cách là hội viên thẻ vàng của Ctrip, tôi rất tiếc. 垃圾型酒店，服务人员态度极差。卫生非常糟糕，有蟑螂和蚂蚁🐜在房间里和床上，房间气味很重，作为携程金卡会员，我表示遗憾。
