The hotel service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Nice hotel, well located. The staff is nice and the room was clean. It’s a pity the weather was so bad, we haven’t enjoyed the city as much as we wanted to. But we recommend the hotel.

Lovely room and great service from lovely staff. Only stayed one night so didn't get to fully enjoy amenities but would recommend.

I think they are the best in Hue. Esp the staff at swimming pool. I saw he rescue a lady in the pool so quick. No one even realize that she needs help.

It was a decent hotel. Has more amenities than most hotels I’ve stayed at and customer service is subpar. However, it is small and the bed is extra firm.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and . I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Hue.

This is a really nice hotel on the river front, very close to the Imperial Citadel and near many restaurants and a bar street. The staff where very friendly and helpful, especially Loi who was very welcoming and proactive. The buffet selection was also very good.

I enjoyed a very comfortable 4 night stay at this charming riverside hotel. My room was serviced daily by the competent domestic staff. Breakfast was very good and served by the delightful restaurant staff. The hotels location was very good and though located in the city center it was very quiet and restful. I will definitely use it again and i unreservedly recommend it to others. Thank you Huong Giang Resort and spa for a lovely stay.
