I was disappointedon ky first night, the aircon was not working(dont they check) and the next day i found ants on my food and bed. Later i discovered cockroach near my bag. I complaint at the reception but the sane thing happened. They treated me free breakfast to compensate. But this is not what i want. The next guest will face the same problem! Tho the staff was polite. They suuply a very very small bottle of body wash which was hardly enough for my 3 nights stay.

The room was clean and the location was good too. They were kind and polite ☺️

좋은 위치에 저렴한 가격으로 수영장도 있는 가성비 호텔. 가격을 감안하면 룸 컨디션은 양보 하셔야해요 저는 맘에 들었습니다.

Établissement familial parlant français. Accueil convivial. Chambre impeccable avec frigo, coffre. Réception de qualité médiocre. petit déjeuner à la carte suffisant et agréable avec des fruits. Personnel aux petits soins. Très bonn rapport qualité/prix

スタッフがとても親切です。(オーナー家族？女将さん的な方がフロントにいます) 観光での周り方の相談やタクシーの手配などとても助かりました！

建物は古いですが繁華街に近く、メイン道路から数十m奥に入るので静かで快適なホテルでした。テラス付の角部屋だったので眺めも良く、フロントの女性スタッフの対応がとても親切でした。チェックアウト時はオーナーと女性スタッフが玄関先でお見送りをしてくれて素晴らしいホテルでした。

We are on a 6 weeks trip, looking for budget hotels, usually you get what you pay for, sometimes less sometimes more, in this hotel you definitley get more. Unsual soft bed to be in asia, frieldly helpful stuff, fresh breakfast. Really good location

We had a lovely time here ,right in the heart of the city . The staff were delightful and informative, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was cleaned daily. I .We were welcomed with a drink og coffee on arrival would definitely recommend

Decent motel. Good location with alot of good food only a minute walk away. What made it good was the excellent service we received from Trung and Sohn. They gave us alot of useful information on their town and were excellent hosts. They also arranged a driver for us and are very honest people. Would highly recommend to new travellers to Vietnam.

Wir haben eine gute Zeit mit unseren beiden Kindern (7&13) im Hong Thien Hotel 1 verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir erhielten beim Einchecken ein Begrüssungsgetränk und alle notwendigen touristischen Informationen zu Hue, den möglichen Touren und der Weiterreise inkl. den Preisen. Danach wurden wir damit in Ruhe gelassen, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Der gepflegte Pool war die Hauptattraktion für unseren Sohn und eine tolle Abkühlung bei der Hitze in Hue. Die Zimmer mit Balkon waren einfach, sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet, sind allerdings sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war Klasse und wie gesagt das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein von uns vergessener Geldgurt und ein iPod wurden uns hinterher gebracht noch bevor wir gemerkt hatten, dass wir die Dinge liegen gelassen haben!!!

El hotel si bien no esta en frente de una calle principal, tiene una buena ubicacion ya que, puedes descansar de las bocinas de la calle. El equipo que trabaja es extremadamente amable, atento y eficaz. Solicite un rollo de papel higenico extra y en menos de dos minutos llamaron a mi puerta. Ademas, siempre amables apesar de que llame varias veces por telefono a recepción para hacer consultas varias. El unico "PERO" que podria tener el hotel es su desayuno, ya que, la calidad de algunas comidas deja mucho que desear como tambien el cafe, pero eso es subjetivo a cada gusto. Es necesario mencionar que el desayuno no es buffet, sino que es a la carta, lo que encuentro que es algo positivo.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage für Ausflüge zu Fuss und mit dem Fahrrad. Zur Zitadelle geht es auch bequem mit Fahrrad-Rikscha. Im Viertel sieht man mehr Vietnamesen als Touris. Das beschauliche Flussufer eignet sich zum Radeln und Relaxen.
