Cannot recommend highly enough. The location was fantastic, on the river and out of the way of the hustle and bustle, yet convenient for restaurants and sites. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Delicious breakfasts and artistcly-arranged towels!

Wonderful property to stay in. The location is excellent , nearby the River and close all restaurants , The staff are wonderful, the room was great (large and quiet at night). We got a balcony room with riverview .The breakfast was excellent with many choices . Highly recommend.

Excellent. Guests are invited to choose whatever they want from the menu for breakfast and may eat/drink as much as they like. Quality of food was excellent. Freshly made to order and delicious. Very generous. Reception staff are exceptionally good. Friendly, enthusiastic, efficient and very helpful. They send you a WhatsApp msg too so you can keep in contact in case you run into any issues throughout the day Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants in the area to choose from and location is great - the city sightseeing hop on hop off bus is close and a great way to acclimatise.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Hue but in a quiet street .Room was spacious and very clean .Excellent service, breakfast and a beautiful pool and Riverview.The staff were very helpful and friendly. The driver who took us from Hue to Hoi An was excellent, very knowledgeable and we had a very pleasant journey visiting a number of tourist attractions

The rooms are tastefully decorated, furnished and are of high quality. Staff members are very friendly, helpful and professional, especially the reception staff and the doormen. The roof terrace is pleasant. The hotel is very well located for the walking streets and restaurants and facing the river .. The pool is also very nice so you can cool off a little bit when its hot.

The hotel has lovely riverviews ,the city and surrounds, is centrally located, within walking distance of banks and shopping. Great staff, excellent breakfasts (only had breakfast there, but I believe the dinners are good too), super assistance with booking drivers and excursions - would happily recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Hue.

Beautiful recently renovated hotel with cozy atmosphere and very helpful staff. Fresh towels every day, they also have drinking water filter to refill your bottle.A la Carte Breakfast was execellent with many choices . It's within walking distance to Imperial citadel and Hue train station (both approx. 30 min), many restaurants just few meters from the hotel. The hotel is located in a side alley and it was really quiet in there.

The hotel was recently renovated, everything was clean, the bathroom had a separate shower. All the rooms are facing the River. The location is perfect, close to the restaurant and bars but in a quiet road. We made a booking for 3 adults +2 grown up kids .Breakfast was outstanding: à la carte and all you can eat, including continental stile, fresh fruits, pancakes, etc.
