Enjoy Villa Resort

- Name was different from the name on trip - Lady at reception was rude and unhelpful - We checked in the afternoon, she showed us the elevator and messaged us the code and tips - we opened the door to find a dirty room and immediately took a photo and sent her a message, her reply was oh no the aunty never cleaned, she will tell them come clean noooow. We asked for another room or a refund, as we wont be staying in that room and informed her the rooms dont look like it looks on the app. - we went back downstairs to her and she gave us another room and password and told us we can go to the new room. We had to insist she come up with us and check this time because we were already super upset and she didnt borther coming up the first time or even checking. Also we had to enter through the undercover parking which had 3 different buildings, very easy for us to get lost and she just expected us to go by ourselves. She came with us and this room was thankfully clean. She asked if everything was okay, we said ok - we asked for extra pillows and the standard 1 was provided and we have issues sleeping low and an extra blanket which she told us they are too full and busy today and cant help and the room comes standard 名字和旅行时的名字不一样 -接待处的女士很粗鲁，没有帮助 -我们下午检查了一下，她给我们看了电梯，并给我们发了密码和提示信息 -我们打开门找到了一个肮脏的房间，并立即拍了一张照片并给她发了一条信息，她的回复是哦，不，阿姨从来没有打扫过，她会告诉他们来打扫。 我们要求另一个房间或退款，因为我们不会住在那个房间，并告诉她房间看起来不像应用程序上那样。 -我们回到楼下找她，她给了我们另一个房间和密码，并告诉我们可以去新房间。 这次我们不得不坚持她和我们一起来检查，因为我们已经超级难过了，她第一次来也不来，甚至检查。 此外，我们不得不通过有3栋不同建筑的卧底停车场进入，我们很容易迷路，她只是希望我们自己去。 她和我们一起来了，幸好这个房间很干净。 她问是否一切正常，我们说可以 -我们要求额外的枕头，标准1提供了，我们睡眠不足有问题，还有一条额外的毯子，她告诉我们，他们今天太满了，太忙了，无法提供帮助，房间是标准的

拍攝結婚照都選這裏了，景色能不愛嗎。出行便利，樓下便利店咖啡店有燒烤有海鮮排擋。有海上娛樂項目。喝點茶酒抽口小煙吹吹海風嗮嗮太陽，縱享幸福人生。

沒有清楚指示，找不到服務台，原來服務台在便利店入面，而酒店名字亦與網站顯示的不同，酒店名字是星墅而不是享墅，大廈入口也不好找，不過價格便宜
