Nice River and Lake view Wide choice in breakfast buffet Air-conditioning is NOT very good. It was hot in a room, and it was difficult to sleep Surprisingly, room service asked to pay for extra drinking water. Did not experience this in any other hotels.

Very nice hotel! Beautiful sunset and view of the west lake. Good service too! Nothing to complain. Definitely will come back in the future.

We were particularly grateful for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room, which allowed our entire family to stay conveniently on the same floor. The room itself was not only spotlessly clean and huge but also boasted a lovely view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and exceptional service.

The staff from bell boys, receptionists and waiters/waitresses are very polite and helpful.

One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel.
