Hathaa Beach Maldives recensioner

The location is fantastic, the beach is 1 min walk from the hotel, but the shower head is not strong enough and many bugs are there. Good thing is the reception is very kind and helpful! They’re so friendly as well

Convenient location, nice and friendly staff! Good choice for both transfer to/from resort and male visit.

Better than I expected. Disappointing about the no lift but the staff were super helpful and helped carry the bags up with no issues.

Stayed one night only before Sea plane flight. Room was clean & fresh. Staff were really helpful carrying our heavy bags to 3rd floor for us. There is not a lift so need to be able to climb steep stairs. Lovely terrace overlooking sea. Did our laundry for us too.

Pros: Location: beachfront hotel in Hulhumale. Many shops and restaurants around. Easy to find a taxi to go/back to the airport. Wifi worked well. Room was clean. Cons: Room very small, for 75USD + taxes I find it a bit expensive. The room was on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator. Workers will help you with the bags at the check in, but nobody at the check-out (for us). We had 3 huge and heavy bags and carrying them down was a pain. Electricity when off several times during the day/night, imagine the heat of the Maldives and no aircon...

The owner is very nice and accommodating. We miscalculated how long our stay would be and had to check out of the hotel we were originally staying at down the street. He personally came and picked us up and transferred all of our luggage. He is very knowledgeable about the area and activities to do. This place has an open seating area on the third floor that overlooks the beach. It’s a great way to relax, unwind, and enjoy the view and also people watch. This place is located in front of the beach. The beach has a pool built inside the ocean. That’s the first time I’ve seen that. Looked fun. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from near by as well. The staff here is also very helpful and friendly. We would definitely return.
