Take a stroll on the Hammond trail to the Mad River Bluffs just 5 minutes away. Both of the units of the duplex function as vacation rentals, and both have separate driveways, garages, and fenced yards for maximum privacy.All of the rooms, except one, have fully-loaded TV's with most every streaming service you could ask for, comfortable bedding and linens. The primary suite consists of a king-size bed, and the two other bedrooms have both a full and queen-size bed to fit all of the guests in your party, as well as spacious closets to store your belongings during your stay. The bathroom is just off of the hallway that leads to the bedroom areas, and a half bath is located just off of the kitchen. A washer and dryer is located in the garage for guest use.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire unit, including the garage and designated yard.Other things to noteThough this is a duplex, we have never had an issue with noise or any complaints regarding privacy at either listing.
