Loft 163 is located on the Court Square in Downtown Huntingdon TN. It's on the second level of a newly renovated historic building that dates back to the late 1800's with amazing views of the square and Court House. It is in walking distance to The Dixie Performing Art's Theatre, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops, and more.
The Loft is up a flight of stairs but it's work the walk up to experience the character and original historic elements for of this amazing space.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Wonderful Stay
The was a beautifully decorated loft. Everything you could need was provided. Very comfortable and clean. I will definitely be staying again when I come to visit family.

The loft was excellent. As soon as you open the door it is very clean and excellently decorated. Every appliance was cleaned to my expectations. The view of the square was great. We will definitely come back if it is available in the future. I recommend renting this loft.

Special getaway spot
Really memorable place, super charming and cozy. The huge front windows are so great to look out of. Well stocked and easy to use kitchen. The working record player was such a great touch! The host was great at communicating and very helpful.
