Hotel and facilities are new, considering it is a newly open hotel. However, it is a 15 min drive from the city. There is only a supermarket next door and no restaurants close by. The room is not very soundproof and you can hear the traffic outside when the windows are closed. The worst part is only the heater works during winter. If you try and turn on the air conditioner, it only blows hot air and the temp in the room is at 29-30 degrees which makes it terrible to sleep in. We had to turn off the air condition which meant there was no air flow in the room and the room temperature stayed at 27 degrees all night. I couldn’t open the windows either because it would be extremely noisy. It was the worst night sleep I had so far on this trip.

在219國道旁邊的酒店 酒店設施很新 服務員服務周到 離口岸繁華的地方6公里7公里左右 建議有車的夥伴們可以選擇住這裏 如果過來出差 沒有車 住這裏稍微不方便一些 外賣也不多 基本都是62團那邊的餐廳送 但很安靜

酒店很新很大，大廳有點味，房間還可以，衹是住宿的人比較少，酒店燈開的少，這樣顯得怎個酒店很冷清，工作人員比較少，除了前台我基本沒看到其他工作人員，早餐過於簡單了，相信提高一下這些，以後會更好

環境：房間空間不小，住着不壓抑。還有歡迎小食，很用心了，娃把小餅乾🍪哐哐炫光

新酒店 東西都挺新 但是設施很不完善 人員不齊全 服務人員對酒店很不瞭解 空調是壞的 酒店都不知道 晚上屋裡就17° 跟冰窖似的

路過霍爾果斯，臨時找的這家新開的開元絲路國際酒店，門口停車車位充足，地方比較偏，離老國門要一刻鐘左右車程，附近兩公里有兵團的吃喝一條街，晚上很熱鬧。
新酒店，硬件設施都很好，標間床夠大，房間面積也很寬敞。洗浴用品用的伊帕爾汗，早餐也很豐盛。
美中不足之處是太新了，味道比較大，剛進門有點辣眼睛。

衞生：衞生也打掃的很乾凈，淋浴間和衞生間分列兩邊，但是門有點透明
環境：酒店大堂寬敞，離最熱鬧的步行街挺遠，但是離高速近，挺安靜
服務：前台美女服務很好，要礦泉水也沒有不給，詢問後就愉快的給了，點個贊
唯一不足就是房間空調降温很慢，霍爾果斯的白天非常熱，設定的16度但是呼呼呼吹的像26、27度的風，建議檢查一下。
