Titanic Beach - Families and Couples Only

Wanted to charge us extra in addition to what we have paid for the booking at Trip.com

The hotel is linked to Titanic Palace next door. You can use all the facilities and have food and drink at BOTH hotels, which is great! Both hotels use the amphitheatre where there is entertainment every night. Ensure you visit Titanic Palace too! This review focuses on Titanic Beach Hotel. The hotel is approx 20 mins from the airport. On check in you will have the option to upgrade your room for an extra price.. eg: a swim up room (basically a little chalet within a pool.. looked pretty cool..) is €15 a night, but there are other upgrade options if you want it. The rooms are spacious and clean and are cleaned daily (if you want it) fridge is restocked with water and sprite, tea and coffee. You are given towel tokens on arrival, get your towels from the beach, u can change those towels daily but if you lose a towel you will be charged so keep hold of your towels and on leaving get your tokens to take to reception. There isnt really an issue with sun sun loungers, but if you like a particular spot, just put your towel down.. Breakfast is great, there is something for EVERYONE! Fresh orange juice also available, fresh crossiants.. literally loads of food. I heard someone asking for pork sausages and bacon.. YOU will NOT get pork on the menu! But there is beef bacon and other types of sausages. I cannot fault the breakfast variety. Lunch and dinner also has something for everyone! There are stations where fresh bbq is served.. chicken, duck, kebabs, shwarma.. I had beef wellington yesterday! Lol also different varieties of sea food. So much choice of dessert! And in the mornings also waffles and pancakes.. Alcohol. There is a pool bar, a bar inside the hotel and just bars dotted around, you can also use the Palace bar. Cocktails are good, beer good (from what I was told).. all local Alcohol but it was all good. Soft drinks are also unlimited, fanta, coke etc. My issue was with the water.. you can get bottled water but it was rare that it was cold. I understand that so many people wanted water so it would be very hard to keep ALLwater cold so using your fridge in your room is important, you can also restock it just so u have your supply of cold water if they dont have any. The Palace appeared always to have cold water. Entertainment was good. The kids liked it from what I saw. There is yoga and water exercise in the morning for adults and that was fun. There is also water polo. In terms of the pools, they aren't deep enough to dive in. There are shallow ends of the pools and vigilant life guards around, I kept hearing the whistle! Lol the hotel is on the beach and its a lovely beach. At the beach you can play volley ball and there are sometimes discos on the beach! Currency. I would advise Egyptian Pounds, although euros are widely accepted. There is a little mall in the hotel to buy things from, its quite expensive. You could cross the road outside the hotel and items for cheaper but compare prices. Trips: I went to luxor and on the safari day tri

The most wonderful hotel I have ever visited! Your organization, service, attitude, everything was at the highest level! We are infinitely happy that we were your guests! Exceptional Service Marred by Reception Issues My recent stay at titanic beach and spar was a truly mixed bag. On one hand, the service provided by the cleaning staff, catering team, pool boys, waiters, and bar staff, buss boys was absolutely exemplary. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, demonstrating a level of dedication that was truly remarkable. Nothing was too much trouble, and their genuine warmth and attentiveness made our holiday incredibly enjoyable. I cannot praise them enough – they truly made our stay special. However, the experience with the reception staff was unfortunately the complete opposite. Their lack of helpfulness and efficiency significantly impacted our overall enjoyment and left a sour taste. Firstly, despite being returning guests (our third visit), we were not informed about our entitlement to a VIP upgrade. We only discovered this on our final day, which was incredibly disappointing. Secondly, a towel was inexplicably removed from our balcony, and I was charged 10 euros for its replacement. This felt unfair and poorly handled. Thirdly, despite specifically requesting a ground floor room at the time of booking and confirming via email, we were initially assigned a third-floor room located at a considerable distance. It took two days and six separate trips to the reception to finally be relocated, and even then, the ground floor room we were given was further away than our original room. Finally, we were denied a late check-out, even though our airport transfer wasn't until 7:30 PM. We were told the hotel was fully booked and rooms were needed, yet our vacated room remained empty until we left the hotel at 6 PM. The contrast between the exceptional service from the restaurant, pool and cleaning teams and the frustrating experiences with the reception staff was stark. The holiday itself was amazing, the facilities were brilliant and the majority of the staff were faultless. It is with great regret that, due to the poor handling by the reception, I would be hesitant to return This is a huge shame, as the hotel has so much potential, but the front desk experience was simply unacceptable.

We spend so nice 10 days in this hotel. We had two bedroom family roon on ground floor, we had so big bed with fresh animals everyday ( animal make from towels). All workers are so nice, they smile a lot. I feel in this place like a princess, I had fresh flowers everyday. Food was so nice, everyday you can book alacarte restaurant (the grill, labanese, marokan and samurai was the best for me). Beautiful reef for snurceling in the finish of molo. Beautiful hotel with beautiful people.

What an amazing hotel! From the minute we arrived we fell in love with this place. The food was fab rooms so clean great service at the bar. The restaurants especially the Chinese, the Italian the Mongolian and the Japanese outstanding food. Big shout out to mohaned omar what a superstar and looked after us everyday making sure we were having an amazing holiday! We have already booked for next January and cannot wait ti be back here, our new fav place
