Även om hotellet ser ut som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, tycker jag att det bara är som ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Det är ett litet kompakt hotell. Renligheten är bra. Även om frukostutbudet är svagt, förtjänar lunch och middag 5 stjärnor. Hotellpersonalen är uppmärksam och försöker hjälpa till. Det kan vara för långt för att ha höga förväntningar eftersom det är 5 stjärnor.

Det är ett mycket rent hotell och du kommer definitivt att vara nöjd med maten och personalen. Prisvärdheten är mycket bra. Jag tror inte att det bor många japaner här, men jag skulle rekommendera detta hotell.

酒店包三餐和免費酒水,不到500元一晚雙側海景房,主打一個性價比。房間乾淨整潔,床很軟很舒服,食物品種較多,也夠吃了,有機會還會入住。

誤入中國旅行團的據點 房間中規中矩,不值得五星的分級,餐飲品種很少,且質量很普通,水平約4星,低於我住的該地區其他五星,看來是接旅行團多了的緣故 娛樂設施也很少,晚上也沒有什麼文娛活動 海灣也很普通,沙灘和水質比不上紅海其他海灣,有條件還是住在城市南方比較好 門口附近啥都沒有,出門逛街還是算了

酒店的配套和泳池,服務都是到位的。作為 450元價位的包三餐和提供 free drink 的海邊酒店可以説是非常有性價比。缺點是赫爾格達路不太好,所以 10 公里離市區會顯得有些遠。酒店服務,房間,和性價比可以給到 5 分。

Mycket fint och rent hotell, härlig strandpromenad. Lite underhållning som var bättre än ingenting. Maten var riklig och god men vi tyckte att det saknades fruktalternativ, t.ex. ingen melon eller hackad frukt till frukost. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Enda nackdelen var omgivningarna som är lite av en byggarbetsplats.

Fantastiskt hotell och kundservicen är mycket trevlig, tack Masha. Rummet är mycket bra, maten är trevlig, det finns italienska restauranger som är mycket, mycket bra, andra ställen är trevliga, tack till alla här och jag kommer att åldras i framtiden. För barn är det mycket bra och vänligt.

Excellent hotel staff friendly and helpful food good something for everyone rooms good size very clean and tidy pools are a good size and one has 3 slides for the kids little bit of a beach at the back of the hotel good size gym ️‍♀️ if that's what your interested in on holiday

There isn't anything negative about staying here. Had a lovely stay and was well catered to by the entire amazing staff. From the moment you walk into the hotel from the concierge to check in, you are met with friendly and attentive staff who will catered to your desires. I didn't get the name of the guy who checked me in. He was so lovely and gave me that Seaview room I desired. Thank you, Sir - it was the beginning of what was to be a fabulous stay. The dining experience (must try Italian restaurant also) I have to give a special shout out and thanks to Abdo who was amazing, thoughtful and considerate from the first evening of my stay till the end and his manager who went above and beyond when I missed the dining times on one occasion. The waiting staff are fabulous in checking on you, clearing tables, etc. Food is tasty and hot. To housekeeping well done , I always came back to an impeccable room. To the poolside and poolbar guy - good job - always done with a smile and a joke. Try and wake early and go to the beach to see the sunrise. It's stunning. Be mindful in regards to the 5* Hotel rating. To Westerners, it's more of a 4+. This is not to say this hotel does not come up to par, but I noticed a few guests made this comment, and in my response, the staff and service brought it to 5*. Just because there are no robes and slippers like Western 5*hotels does not reflect badly on AMC Royal Hotel. I would encourage cosmetic work on a small part of the outside building. Great activities in the day if you like that sort of thing - im a relax by the beach or pool type so didn't go to any daytime entertainment and nighttime entertainment I went to was good. Entertainment staff are so friendly and sweet to chat with also. On a different note, try and do a tour to visit the Pyramids etc, it's a long day, but work it. Also, if you love a spa, go to Sultan Turkish baths and spa, book the VIP package, and it's amazing and better value for money than Western massages. I highly recommend this hotel - you won't be disappointed.

It's not the first time I've come here for the family, that you have good rooms, that the food is delicious, a good beach, but the only downside is a bad WiFi. Friendly and welcoming staff in the room is always well cleaned. I will come back after 1 month.

One of the rare times when I have to write a negative review about a hotel and its staff, because unfortunately the vacation was ruined. We rested for one week in the middle of January this year. The first negative impression was made upon moving into the room, because it had not been cleaned for a while - the amount of dust on the table and lamps was in a deep layer, as well as dirty footprints on the floor. To the rebuke we made at the reception, they only stated that it was because the room was on the first floor and dust was coming in through the window... The next shock that accompanied us during the entire vacation was the dirty state of the plates and glasses, I couldn't count how often beer and wine were poured into glasses that had the previous customer's lip prints on them, how often the previous food was stuck on the plates, just terrible, the staff never even apologized when reprimanded, but muttered something under their breath. Several times we saw how Beach bar glasses are simply rinsed with water in the sink, without dishwashing liquid, I won't even talk about using a dishwasher. Unfortunately, very naturally, on the third day of rest, I got a stomach virus that plagued me for the rest of the vacation, prevented me from visiting Luxor, and basically ruined the entire vacation. The most unpleasant thing was that every day I had to turn down dozens of offers from hotel agents, who regularly offered to go on excursions, although I pointed out that this was impossible for some reasons. The hotel barely meets 3 stars, 5 stars is a long way off. Unfortunately, I can only say positive words about the work of the animators, who were not exclusive, but were friendly and did their work diligently. The rest of the service staff did everything without the slightest rush. For example, after cleaning the room, no towels were placed, which we informed the cleaning staff we met right there in the hallway, but the towels were brought only after 20 minutes. Approaching the bar counter when no one else was there, the bartender almost always had to pay special attention, never was attention paid by the service staff. And it can go on for quite some time… Quite sad, because the hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. We are not new to vacations, we regularly fly to Turkey to relax, but this was a "special" case. That's why I can't recommend this hotel at all, because there is a lot of work to be done here, especially in terms of hygiene issues, which is under every criticism...It's sad, but this was the first and probably the last time I visited Egypt.
