I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at this hotel , which was deeply disappointing due to the unacceptable service and lack of basic hospitality. Firstly, I reported broken glass in my room on three separate occasions before it was finally cleaned. This is not only negligent but also a serious safety hazard. Furthermore, despite my repeated requests, blood stains and other marks in the room were not properly addressed. Given that I am disabled, this lack of responsiveness made my stay even more difficult. I requested to change rooms due to these issues, but this was not accommodated. Additionally, I left my towel on a deck chair and was then unable to get another one. I was not even offered the option to pay for a replacement, leaving me without a basic amenity. Another incident occurred when I arrived just four minutes late for breakfast, and the staff refused to let me have even a slice of toast. Instead of handling the situation professionally, a staff member raised his voice at me, which was completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I expected a much higher standard of service from a hotel of your reputation. This experience left me feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and extremely dissatisfied.
