Hawaii Caesar Palace Aqua Park - Families and Couples Only

Really nice budget hotel with quite nice receptionist and personel. Food was mediocre but looking at the price its not so bad so if you are a picky person you will struggle with the options. Rooms gets cleaned everyday pretty well, but they dont empty the bins. Beach is dissapointing but it has a variety of waterslides and pools so it compensates for some folks. Appart from that you will not be bored here.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace LOVEHOLIDAYS should not be offering this to anyone. Hotel is filthy in dire need of a revamp. Smoking aloud virtually everywhere, food absolutely awful we could not eat in the restaurant. Large groups of Egyptian men arrive on a daily basis and take over all areas of the hotel. There is no children’s club the animation team was awful. The onsite salon is a total rip off paid for facials which were done very poorly. My daughter had her hair braided with extensions which only lasted 24hour And was not exactly cheep. Manager was extremely rude and very aggressive to ward my self and daughter. Would not recommend this hotel at all unless you want to try a bush tucker trial.

Just returned from this hotel was absolutely disgusting rooms filthy, food was awful didn’t eat once in hotel, this hotel is geared totally towards other Egyptians and people of a similar culture and does not consider Europeans or any other who have spent considerable amounts of money. Large groups of men who took over the entertainment, the pool areas and flumes giving no thought or consideration to the children who should enjoy these items also smoking is allowed virtually everywhere. The salon on site is a total rip off we paid for face treatments and for our granddaughter to have hair braided total cost in excess of £100 fell out within 24 hours when we complained the owner was totally rude and aggressive which was really frightening. I would avoid this hotel at all costs looks impressive from outside, also no wi fi, this is not an all inclusive hotel LOVE HOLIDAYS should not be selling this on their site to British people or any Europeans.

Youseff the bar man at the Aqua bar was very helpfull good manners and a pleasure to see Top bar man ( very good bar man ) I will say this place is let down by the egyption people asking ladies for photos basically not having any morals or respect Like other reviews have said the food areas are not good i think personally the hotel is set up for there own people not tourists

ITS A 0 STAR RATING!!!! If you like rude and arrogant people that talk videos and pictures of all woman and children, book it if not stay clear. I have never wanted to return home so bad. It was horrible from the minute will got there the food was absolutely disgusting the 99% of people are rude and arrogant towards tourist. This hotel is for Egyptian people as told by local workers it is all they can afford. Do not book I promise you you will regret it. The waterpark is ok but only open at set times. However people like to do what they like and do not care and pushing u out the way to get down the slides or take your kids inflatable rings. The night entertainment is for the locals not for tourist, There is actually not 1 good thing to say about the hotel. JUST STAY CLEAR I PROMISE YOU IF YOU BOOK IT WILL BE THE WORST HOLIDAY FOR YOUR FAMILIES…..

AVOID IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND I don't usually write reviews but felt I should to warn people. I'll start with the negatives 1 - TOO MANY PERVERTS. Genuinely disgusted by some of the behaviour shown by the local men across the hotel. Caught several of them trying to take videos or photos of other women, saw many leering at any women going on the water slides, and I had to act as a blocker to the women in the group I was with, creating a barrier between the nearest local and them. At the daily belly dancer show in the evening they pull the chairs as close to the stage as possible and many have their phones out there too. 2 - too many locals and many of them men. It just didn't feel that comfortable having that many locals there in very large groups. As mentioned in other reviews they didn't seem friendly. Also linked to point 1. 3 - food was very bland and if you don't like the meat options or are vegetarian you're basically stuck to pizza, chips, and pasta. Along with bread. And I tried everything at least once. There's hardly any variety, and the fruit options were also very limited (they had 3 serving dishes of cut lemons out- who would be eating that!?!?) 4 - staff don't speak other languages very well. I'm pretty sure this is like their version of Butlins or something because trying to get a message across was almost impossible. I asked for a mocktail (day 1, didn't know they didn't know what they offered) and got a beer back. Was told the free alcohol as part of the all inclusive package also tasted terrible. The vodka smelt like hand sanitiser. These staff really didn't seem bothered and I'm pretty sure would just say something was finished so they didn't have to serve you. 5 - less of issue because I went there to switch off but the free WiFi in the lobby was almost pointless. 6 - the music is at a ridiculously loud level when played E.g 10am, 6pm, 10pm-11pm. I don't understand this one either, it was like they were trying to deafen their customers. Half that volume would still get the message out ,especially as most of the time it was accompanied by an animation team performance to the people sat right in front of them. Don't plan on an early night or lie in if your room is facing the pools. There are some good points though Slides were quite fun Animation team are good fun The staff that understand English are helpful

It was nightmare we stayed the whole day without eating and searching for another hotel from the disgusting food ,service ,staff and rooms the whole day was disaster and it is the 1st time in my whole life I face such very low and catastrophic place please don't expose your beloved one to all of Hawaii group of hotels in hurghada and cesar suppose to be the ultra good one within

Everything ofal about this hotel. Food is discusting. And repetitive THIS HOTEL IS ONLY FOR EGYPTIAN GUESTS!!!!! INTERTAINMENT IS DIRE!!!! my 12th time in egypt and will never do hawaii hotels again daughter was assulted outside hotel. The she was cut with nails on waterslide mohammed the girly life guard laughed and he loves to know all your buisness asks noisy questions.managers mehdat and manager baldy salah told my daughter it was her fault she was assulted and was no assistance to her injurys from waterslide he told me to f**k off. Very unprofessional manager who cant handle pressure. Told me they dont do accident form How he is a manager i dont know manager ahmed was very helpfull at times. Wasted in this hotel. As he does his role well. Salah and other mehdat told me what you want its only very small you could fall down outside and get hurt.really dont understand mentality of these men completely brainless shame on you and this hotel.

The worst hotel in hurgada , the rooms is big it's dirty, the restaurant was very bad and not organized, the staff were rude. I made many problems with staff because the attitude I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel
