Our stay at the Swiss In Hotel was unfortunately far from pleasant. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for several days, despite being advertised both online and at check-in as a standard amenity. We had to literally fight to get any internet access – after repeated complaints, it finally worked briefly in the room, only to go down again shortly after. We even spent parts of the night waiting for it to come back on. For a modern hotel, this is completely unacceptable. What made matters worse was the behavior of the manager, who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of providing honest communication, we were repeatedly told empty promises like “it will be working in a few hours,” which never came true. The only bright spot was A. Mazhar – a polite, dedicated, and truly helpful staff member who genuinely tried to support us. He was the only one who took our concerns seriously, kept calm and respectful, and went out of his way to assist us. Thanks to him, we at least felt somewhat valued as guests. The food overall was okay, but a real highlight was the cuisine prepared by the Italian chef, who served by far the best meals at the hotel. Bottom line: Unreliable service, disrespectful management, and days without stable Wi-Fi – not recommended. A. Mazhar and the Italian chef were the only redeeming aspects of an otherwise frustrating experience.
