Excellent service especially in the restaurant the lads can’t do enough for you x always greeted with a smile and no matter what your diet need are chief will meet them x good variety of food deserts and drinks even if not on the menu x you can sit inside or out and even do Sunday lunch Toby Calvery style with Yorkshire puddings and stuffing balls x big shout out to Ahmed and abo and tahir and yousef in the restaurant x thank you all for your first class service with a smile x

Arrived home this morning having spent 10 days at the Tui Blu Jaz Makadi for our first visit to Egypt and wow what a hotel. Yes the airport is a faff worse going home but that’s all soon forgotten.The food is excellent with plenty of choice and variety all cooked superbly. The rooms are modern clean and well appointed with a mini bar filled daily with free soft drinks. Two out door pools which are excellent with sun loungers equipped with deep cushions. Now the best bit the staff, we have never experienced the quality of customer service offered by the Makadi Gardens team they truly cannot do enough for you and always with a huge smile. Every member of staff we encountered and I mean every was superb however I am going to shout out a few. Mr Mahmoud Karam the best pool waiter in the world, this lad never stops and keeps your glass or coffee cup filled, even when you’re not expecting it, he must walk 30k steps a day and always with a smile, he even leant me his telephone for 2 hours so I could watch the Villa beat Chelsea with an Arabic commentary a top top lad. Mr Ayman Abdel Karim a lovely young man who always looked after you and always had time for a chat whilst making sure your umbrella kept you shaded. Mr Mohammed A this young chap knows how to keep your sunglasses super clean with a daily polish whilst also setting up your sun bed for the day, another lovely lad. Mr Ahmed Hussein who as Head Waiter ensures all is well in both the pool bar restaurant and the Cullinarium restaurant another lovely bloke with an eye for the detail. Housekeeping is also top draw our room 235 was kept spotless every day and most days all cleaned before 9am. I could go on and on but safe to say everyone wants to ensure that you have the best stay possible. Thank you Makadi Gardens yes we will be back in 2024

An exzellent and wonderful hotel the Service was perfect and the guys so lovely.The best Hotel ever.the restaurant,the garden,the Pool,the sea…All that is perfect.i will meet this all in the next year
