I was very satisfied with the hotel overall. The welcome was warm, and the luggage was brought directly to the room. While we were waiting for the room, we could already have lunch, go to the buffet, and shortly after, the room was ready for us. The rooms were clean and tidy, and you can tell that the entire hotel complex is very well maintained. The housekeeping staff always made sure everything stayed neat, and the colleagues taking care of the gardens were constantly at work to keep the grounds beautiful. The food was good, varied, and tasty. There was a great selection, so everyone could find something they liked. I especially enjoyed the changing theme evenings, where different dishes and cuisines were offered. The staff was consistently friendly, whether at the bar, the buffet, or in service. The waiters were attentive, helpful, and always cheerful. Every day there was the so-called Cleo News, where the day’s program and offers were clearly listed. Right next to the hotel is the beach. From the pool bar, it’s only about a one-minute walk down to the water. There’s plenty of space to go swimming. The security staff make sure no one enters the water when it’s closed or too windy. There’s also a pier leading to several boats where you can book excursions. Additionally, there’s a water sports center offering various activities, and the hotel has its own house reef where you can snorkel and see many different sea creatures. The evening entertainment was varied and interesting – there were shows, quizzes, games, challenges, regular live music, and even a small fire show on the beach. During the day, various activities like aqua gym, volleyball, water polo, darts, archery, and much more were offered. The animation team did a really great job: everyone was very friendly, humorous, and took time for the guests. The organization of the games and activities was always done with a lot of humor. Many thanks at this point to Samaka, Mohamed, Mans, Liza, Lina & Mama Dasha – it was very nice spending time with you. The check-out also went smoothly. We spontaneously requested a late check-out the night before departure, which was no problem for a small extra charge. This allowed us to stay in the room until 6 p.m. before our transfer departed in the evening. All in all, it was a thoroughly successful vacation, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and would definitely come back.
