泄湖景完全是來搞笑的,所謂泄湖就是個小水泡,陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着,跟其他評論一樣,存在一定的歧視,但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的,雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景,帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已,工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了,最後並沒有升級,泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早,如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要,吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐,基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的,我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以,同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差,對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生,還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店,或者普通的全包,想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了,這邊出行也並不方便,最後,我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好,忘記問他的名字了,當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉,告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的,海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好,太陽下山後我們想去游泳,海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險,並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚,泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了,要消毒,會傷眼睛,總的來説,真的不值這個價

酒店位置很好,早餐很好。但是房間設施確實比較老舊了,尤其是衞生間衞生一般般了。就五星級酒店而言,性價比不高。大堂服務各方面都有差距。

We spent the last week of March at the Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna during Ramadan, and one of the absolute highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Hamad Rabie, the beach waiter at Beach Bar 3000, and Nadi, the lifeguard. Hamad was incredibly attentive, friendly, and caring throughout our entire stay. He made sure we always had fresh and cold drinks delivered right to our sun loungers – often before we even asked. His timing, professionalism, and warm personality really elevated our beach experience. Equally impressive was Nadi, the lifeguard, who not only kept a watchful eye on everything but also made sure the beach was always clean and inviting. He checked in regularly, asked if everything was okay, and always had a kind word and a smile for us. Especially during Ramadan, both of them went above and beyond. Their effort, kindness, and dedication made us feel truly looked after. They are a perfect example of world-class hospitality. Thank you, Hamad and Nadi, for making our holiday so relaxing and memorable!

Only arrived on the 13/3/25. Absolutely lovely hotel. The grounds are so beautiful and picturesque. Great staff who are very attentive and also deal with issues brilliantly . Food is lovely and varied . I could go on complimenting this hotel . Customer service staff always doing the rounds asking if everything is ok and any issues are dealt with promptly . The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spread over multiple small islands. We had a renovated room almost directly on the beach which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately the service at the beach near "The Palace" was virtually non-existent. I don't mind getting my own drinks when there is no service on the beach, but then it should not take a long time (sometimes up to 30 minutes) to get something.

All staff were veey friendly, professional and helpful and also cheerful. Want to support and help especially the main restaurant staff. Specially Moussa, Dalia and El Aswany. Also pool staff too Ahmed working on the main pool. Finally hotel facilities are good and rooms and renovated only comment I had was that check in was a it late and room was too far from reception especially that I have a young baby.

Hotel in general is nice. Variety of pools is good with plenty of sunbeds. There is a good range of sunbeds at the beach with amenities spread evenly along the beach. The room does what it is supposed to do. However showers are out dated & water pressure is low. Always a good supply of bottled water in the room & mini bar is kept well stocked. Gym is OK. Basic workout. Food. Please can someone learn how to make the porridge correctly. Most days it's like water with a few oats floating in it. The only item freshly cooked is omelette. Limited juice selection. Lunch is the same every day so gets a tad boring. Dinner, themed nights but a basic selection of food which is often tepid. However there is an Italian & oriental restaurant. Highly recommend the oriental, food was excellent. Italian was OK. Food is the area that we felt was not great. The staff are absolutely lovely & will do everything that they can for you. In fairness the Hotel is little different to the other all-inclusive hotels in the area of which we have stayed in most. We would say it is good.

On arrival at the hotel we received the most friendly welcome from the staff, especially Rafeet who then put our cases on to a buggy and drove us to our room carrying our cases for us and showing us the the facilities in the room, great way to start our holiday Our room was really good it was big with a great bathroom mini bar, tea & coffee making facilities, good size balcony with seating & wonderful views over the Red Sea. The hotel & grounds are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards, beautiful gardens & views around the lagoons. The swimming pools are big & well maintained as well. A lovely chap,called Ehab made sure everyone around the pool area were looked after with towels, sun beds etc.. always Ways happy to see you. The all inclusive food selection in the main buffet restaurant was amazing, beautiful food, cooked & presented to an incredible standard. Vast choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a different theme each evening if you wanted to try it. Stations around the restaurant had chefs cooking speciality dishes each day which was superb too! Only disappointment was the Asian restaurant which you need to book was fully booked booked for the whole duration of our stay. I think they need to increase the capacity there so guests aren’t feeling missed out as I heard a few people complaining about it. All of the staff at the resort were so nice & friendly & seemed determined to give the best service possible, always smiling! Plenty to do in the surrounding area too. El Gouna is a very clean, safe place to holiday. We will definitely return here! Thanks again to Ehab at the pool and Rafeet at the reception for their exceptional service.
