An amazing hotel beyond description!! Truly, the hotel is wonderful — from the reception and check-in all the way to the check-out. There was an issue when we first arrived, but Mr. Mahmoud, the front desk manager, was absolutely exceptional and resolved it in an amazing way. ♥️ The food includes all kinds of dishes prepared in every way you can imagine, the pool is calm, and everyone here is cooperative, welcoming, and always smiling at you. ♥️ There’s a natural sense of acceptance from everyone, toward everyone — truly. ♥️ Thank you to Baron Hotel in general, and to Mr. Mahmoud in particular, for all the elegance and effort. I’m genuinely grateful. ♥️♥️

Overall excellent experience for a family seek to spend quality time together on a classy hotel for vacation to remember

A beautifully designed hotel with a refined, bright color palette – classic and understated with a touch of modern casual elegance. The pool area is exceptionally well laid out and visually appealing. However, several issues unfortunately diminish the overall experience. Nearly all sun loungers are “reserved” early in the day with towels – often without any personal belongings. The staff does not intervene, and only the family/activity pool occasionally offers available loungers. Service at the pool restaurant was a real letdown: around 80% of the staff appeared unfriendly and visibly irritated. Our teenage children (15 and 17) were treated with a dismissive attitude more than once. In contrast, the service at the beach was noticeably more attentive. Still, one gets the feeling that no matter how regularly you tip, it never seems to be enough. What’s missing is genuine warmth and hospitality. Only about 20% of the team showed true courtesy and professionalism – a real pity in such a tasteful setting. The absolute highlight remains the sea: an outstanding house reef right offshore, ideal for snorkeling, with a surprising variety of marine life. Conclusion: This hotel may appeal to those who seek design, peace, and a fantastic reef. But for guests expecting sincere service, warmth, and a sense of being truly welcome, it falls short.

Inspired architecturally by the Montaza Palace of King Farouk in Alexandria, it has beautiful buildings and a stunning layout in meticulously kept gardens. Everything is majestic and elegant and yet cosy and comfortable. The staff in the reception, swimming pool area, room service and dining room is helpful, very polite and friendly. The food at the endless buffets was delicious. There was such a huge variety of food that there is no doubt that every guest finds something phantastic to eat. The many swimming pools are beautiful and super clean. I loved the vivacious and colorful outfits with the straw hats of the waiters at the food and drink bar near the swimming pools. The rooms are really big in size with a lovely balcony containing comfortable rattan chairs and overlooking the beautiful gardens. You can even see the sea at the end of the gardens. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. Room service was astonishingly quick to deliver whatever we asked for. I even asked for the number of a pharmacy because I had forgotten to bring with me one of my medicines. They gave me the number. The medicine was delivered to my room within 15 minutes. Obviously I found everything about this hotel phantastic. There is absolutely no fault with anything. It is just gorgeous in every respect.

Best staff ever, they are ALL friendly anbest food and very clean, beautiful beach. High quality of food and drinks. Rooms well equipped. Fitness well equipped. Wellness To recommand absolutely. no complaints at all. Those who don't feel comfortable here are better off staying at home. The entire hotel deserves 5 stars. I
