I am sorry to give comment late. I am so thankful for your service, especially for the managers Salam, rose and the other guy I am not well remember exact their names, no matter how so thankful for their service, it's an unforgettable stay there, i am so missing the stay there. sorry I forget the door sir, one a bit tall giving a nice help. I believe they have a promising to be a nice Manger in management. this is my high comment. and the guest relation lady, offering timely service a Russian lady. it's a nice stay here. thank you all. that time when I stayed there, there was only one Chinese family there. thanks you all. it's a life time memory!

Отель бюджетный, номера под уставшие, расположен в центре, рядом Марина пешком минут 10, рядом торговые центры. Аниматоры очень стараются, молодцы. Еда разнообразная, на любой вкус. Очень много иностранцев. В целом неплохо.

Переночевать один день нормально) обед хороший, территория зеленая,небольшая) есть горки для детей.

第一次給酒店打這樣的差評！首先前台存在對中國人的種族歧視，看到我對我喊*****，雖然是代理房型，在明確確認過酒店預訂訂單號以後，把我晾在前台半小時，給白人辦理入住；其次給我的房間和預訂的房間不符，在我反覆強調房間問題後，才給我預訂的房型。最後甚至在我退房寄存行李的時候，把我的行李箱直接放在大堂，把白人的行李放進行李房。我把這些事情通過攜程告知了酒店經理，酒店經理通過觀看監控以後，在我離開酒店之前和我賠禮道歉，希望得到諒解。所以給大家避雷了，希望大家出門在外能夠平平安安，如果遇到種族歧視，也能大聲喊出來，保護好自己的權益和人身安全。

地理位置很不錯但是衞生不好，掛了請打掃的牌子床鋪卻沒有人打掃，衞生間很小，水很冷，被單床單都發黃起球而且床墊也接近於壞掉了。

酒店不錯，有個海灘，三餐也不錯，很值得推薦。

I was traveling with TUI. They've not show us a real side OFE 'economy rooms'. Im my offer pictures shown s nice sunny rooms. Ive get a dark, nasty, scratched one. Reception team wase unkind. Afterall we've get a better room for good price but on our last day they've cut off our bracelets and leave us from 12:00 till 23:00 (our transfer to the airport) without anything to eat and we didnt have an entry to the beach... One day earlier we met a couple from russia and they've gor a yellow bracelets, can go for a lunch and to the beach. I've talked with General Manager and we've get those yellow bracelets but only till 18:00 and only for drinks like water or cola. Lunch was extra for 4$ per person. It was better to go out and buy something else than this (everyday is the same) lunch but i dont know how can they treat us so bad. They've argue that we've got lunch on our first day. Too bad no one noticed that we where on our trip to Luxor and we havent yeat all day long in hotel. Btw. They even didnt noticed that i was asking about lunch boxes for two... Afterall we've get some but that was also a terrible and poor meal.

Firstly, this is by no means a water park. It has 3 grubby slides, that are only open 2 times a day. We was supposedly have been upgraded, only to fund a pigeon ally view. No balcony. Rooms was filthy. First room we got put in was filled with a solvent smell. And got told to open window!!!!. Staff constantly asking for tips. Beach very small. Glass of beer in a thimble. The best thing is. Although not a lot of choice, food very nice. Don't go to Italian. Joseph the main waiter is a rude person, because we left one pizza due to being ill, he came over snatched the plate and said , you obviously don't like the food . With this he attempts to sing throughout your meal.😂😂😂. That is painful itself. Although it states only allowed to leave sunbeds 2 hrs u attended. The pool man goes of the biggest tip, to keep your bed. And just throws your towels and belongings on the floor. We only went there as my sister had just gotten over cancer. And wanted a nice get away. And due to the reviews having no bad comment picked this. It was a nightmare. Stay away.

Best location: in the city, but it has relax beach too. Staff was very kind and helpfull. The food is delicious and varied! The hotel staff cares a lot about cleanliness. This hotel a small jewelry box in the city. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

First time in Egypt and has been a great experience. Rooms were big and specious, and balcony was nice to chill out in and see the view. Very good entertainment every day, and sufficient food and drink options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The staff make this place even better. We stayed here for 4nights. Unfortunately we had an issue with the first room but the hotel receptionist and staff sorted this straight away the next morning. The food has a great selection. It's a must to visit the ORA bar. Hamada and Wissan will look after you and are extremely friendly. The entertainment team are fun and will keep you entertained throughout your stay.
