Perfect and highly recommended!

A very nice hotel for couples the room was very nice and also the food

2 Adults, Dez-24 to Jan-25, 8 nights, Honeymoon holidays at KaiSol Romance Adult only was just outstanding. We were enjoying the time with awesome kitchen, huge buffet with lots of delicious food. Great service, always everything clean, whether it was our suite with pool and jacuzzi or whether it was outside or at beach, or in one of the 5 inhouse restaurants.

Our stay at the Kaisol Romance Hotel in was once again perfect. We first visited for New Year at end Dec 2023 and returned in April 2024 and again in November ‘24. I’m now counting down the days to our return visit in April 2025. Having booked direct with the hotel we had a courtesy transfer from the airport. This is a lovely touch. Emad and Ibrahim greeted us like old friends when we arrived at the hotel and once again, we felt immediately at home. After we checked in Emad escorted us to our beautiful swim up room – 1605, the exact room we had in April. This room is perfect for us. I am so very grateful to Emad for organising it for us and I hope we may be lucky enough to have the same room when we return for my 60th Birthday in April. I arranged a Birthday surprise for my husband. The lovely Dascha helped me with this. Dascha was new to the hotel, and this was the first time I had met her. She is an absolute credit to the team. She talks to all the guests (returners and new arrivals) and her bubbly personality is simply infectious. We dined at the 4 free A-La Cartes – the food and service were exceptional. Huge Thanks to Mohamed at the Indian/Lebanese and George at the Chinese. They spoil us on every visit. We only saw Karim (from the buffet) once or twice as he had been on holiday when we first arrived. However, as always, his service was perfect. There are lots of other restaurant staff who go above and beyond but the ones I have mentioned have looked after us very well on every visit. Atallah who looked after our room made sure it was perfectly clean, and he did a fantastic job decorating it for my hubby’s Birthday. Ahmed who was serving at the Pool Bar remembered us from our visit in April and he made sure that we were kept well hydrated. He bought the drinks right to our swim up pool – this is just such a treat. I was amazed that he always knew when we were ready to switch from soft drinks to cocktails. Ahmed is a real asset to the Kai Sol Romance hotel. There is one other team member who deserves a huge shout out – Hesham at the lobby bar. We always have pre-dinner drinks there and always stop by to get a night cap for the room. Hesham makes our night as he is always smiling and is super friendly. We’re looking forward to seeing you in April! If you’re thinking about booking this hotel – do it. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

From the moment you walk through the doors of this hotel, you just float!! Nothing is too much trouble, all, and I mean All members of staff are amazing from the receptionist at check-in to the lifeguard on the beach. Guest relations second to none, always around checking to make sure all the guest are happy, if the need anything. So attentive. The bar guys work so hard as do the waiter's. Food!! Nothing to say apart from keep it up! Excellent is an understatement, if anyone can say its not, I'd be flabbergasted. Tasty, fresh and a multitude of choice. The place is immaculate. I've been going to Egypt for 15 years on and off and this hotel by far has been the best for food, drink, relaxation, friendliness both staff and guest. We will be going back very soon. Second time at this amazing hotel. Luxury rooms, great choice of food and restaurants. Staff all warm and friendly in all departments. Regularly spoke to guest relations (Dasha and Svetlana), managers and reception staff (Emad and Ibrahim )who go above and beyond to make our stay so special. Love the phillipino lady's who are so friendly. Great staff keeping us fed and watered in the restaurants and on the beach - can't believe how hard they all work! Great to chat to sales staff on the beach, flag available if you don't want to engage which is useful but we've not used as we enjoy the different conversations.. Enjoyed our spa treatments again and look forward to our next visit. Thank you to all staff. Sue and Paul
