Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel und alle Aufenthalte davor waren perfekt. Selbst als der ägyptische Tourismusminister Ahmad Issa den Stand unseres Tourismus- und Hotelmanagement-Studiegangs (ich unterichte dort Hotelmanagement) auf der ITB (internationale Tourismusmesse in Berlin) besuchteb, fand ich lobende Worte für dieses Hotel, da ich bisher den Eindruck hatte, dass dieses Hotel die Wichtigkeit eines guten Customer Relation Chip Management erkannt hatte. Ich sag immer zu meinen Studenten, man kann das tollste und luxoriöseste Hotel bauen (Hardware) aber ohne die richtigen Menschen /Personal wird dieses Hotel nie erfolgreich sein, denn die Hotellerie steht oder fällt mit dem Service bzw. der kundenpräsensbedingtwn Hotel-Dienstleistung. Und leider hat dieses Hotel beim Faktor Dientleistung sich enorm verschlechtert. Ein Beispiel: Unsere Freunde wollten uns im Hotel besuchen, da Tagesbesuche anscheinend nicht mehr möglich sind, wollten wir eine Nacht für.unsere Freunde buchen. Erst war die Information, dass man Reservierungen nur für 3 Nächte akzeptiert (ob ich hier angelogen wurde oder der Mitarbeiter hier falsch informiert war??? Den wie man an dieser Buchung sieht, war sie auch nur für eine Nacht). Ok, man war dann schliesslich bereit und hat uns, zum Preis von 150 USD für 3 PAX angeboten, eine Ausnahme zu machen. Letztes Jahr hatten wir, da wir im Durchschnitt 3 Wochen pro Aufenthalt bleiben, ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten, dieses Jahr nicht. Das ist auch kein Problem aber in anderen Hotels erhälst du wenigstens einen Obstkorb, Willkommensbrief oder ähnliches. In den meisten Hotels, in denen ich zuvor gearbeitet hatte, haben wir Gäste ab dem dritten Aufenthalt (unabhängig von der Anzahl der gebuchten Ubernachtungen) als Stammgäste behandelt. Selbst ein Gast der nur 3x1 Nacht bei uns war, erhielt bei Anreise eine Flasche Prosecco oder Wein, oder Obst etc. Denn eine Weisheit besagt, dass es oft Jahre dauert einen Gast zum.Stammgast zu machen, aber oft nur wenige Sekunden braucht um ihn für immer zu verlieren. Dehalb kalkuliert man heute im modernen Hotelmanagement beim Gast einen sog. Customer Life Time Value. So werden Gäste die dem Hotel über die Lebenszeit der Geschaftbeziehung mehr Umsatz bringen, auch besser behandelt (Rabatte, Guest Points,Give Aways usw) als z.B ein Gast der einmal 5 Nächte bucht und gleich einen Rabatt will.
Ganz schlecht sieht es allerdings ⁶aus, wenn Sie als Deutscher mit einer Russin verheiratet sind. Beim check in kam ich mir vor als wenn ich mit einer Prostituierten einchecken würde. Ich kann durchaus verstehen das man in einem islamischen Land bestimmte Sachen unterbinden möchte. Drshalb habe ich auch vor dem check in unsere Account Nr. durchgegeben so dass jeder FO Mitarbeiter beim check in sehen kann, das wir schon davor zusammen im Hotel waren. Beim check in als ich zu meiner Frau die bereitsneinige stunden vorher angereist war, erhielt ich erst kein Armband und sollte zwanzig Minuten warten und dann wieder an die Rezeption kommen. Das ist super nach mehren Stunden Flug und Transfer genau das was man braucht. Ich werde mich in einer googl rezension nochmal detailliert zu allem äussern, da es mit dem Mobiltelefon sehr anstrengend ist zu schrweiben. Fairnesshalber möchte ich nochberwähnen das dass Hotel scheinbar das konzept umgestellt hat. Es gibt wahrscheinlich grosse Kontingenrverträge mit deutschen und brittischen Reiseveranstaltern. Es wurde auch in neue Schirme und Einrichtungsgegenstände an der Bar und and am Strand investiert. Das Abendprogramm welches bishe drinnen stattfand , finder nun draussen im freien statt. Bei den abenslichen kalten Temperaturen ist dies für mich persönlich eher negativ.

Die Anlage ist weitläufig und es wird draußen viel gebaut und erneuert, was den Zimmern auch mal gut bekommen würde. Das Essen war ausreichend und schmackhaft da gibt es nicht zu meckern. Alle Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Beach ist toll, es sind genug Liegen(Holz) und gute Auflagen vorhanden und hier liegt man auch nicht dicht an dicht.
Tatsächlich kann ich sagen das ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen würde.

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant about this resort. It was our first time in Egypt and we didn't quite know what to expect. We have travelled all over the world and have had some not great hotels/resorts but for the price of this holiday, I can honestly say, we had no complaints. Our room was beautiful, 2 double beds, walk in shower, cleaned every day, with fresh towels and water left. Food was good and plentiful, a little repetitive but that's what you expect from a holiday like this. Drinks okay. Again, it's your basic all inclusive drinks. This resort definitely caters for kids, so much to keep them occupied, including the watermark. A special thank you to Khlf at the main pool. My husband is paralysed and uses a wheelchair and he made sure my husband was looked after every day at the pool. He sorted beds, drinks etc and we were looked after so well We will define return and bring the kids next time.

Another fantastic stay at Aladdin Beach hotel, enjoying the restaurants and just a great atmosphere, staff very friendly and new rooms are great, definitely recommend, pools are a bit cold this time of year but having the best time again and will be back

For the first few days, I was ready to give this hotel 1 star. It felt like a punishment camp disguised as a vacation spot, and the food? Let’s just say it tasted like someone else's punishment. But, over time, I found a few redeeming qualities that bumped up my overall experience. The Bad...... Key Drama: You get one key per room. So, if one person decides to go for a shower or a rest while the other enjoys the beach, someone’s ending up locked out like a sitcom character. Reception Staff: I have never seen a group of people so professionally unhelpful. They don’t have answers, they don’t try to find answers, and they just stare blankly as if you’ve asked them to solve quantum physics. Harassment is on another level even with a red flag. The spa guys are everywhere. Constantly. Relentlessly. The mere thought of entering the spa made us anxious. We figured if the sales pitch was this aggressive, what would the actual treatment be like? Breakfast Chaos: Want a coffee or juice? Good luck. The drink situation is a disaster during peak hours. A self-serve machine would save everyone’s sanity. Plastic Glasses from the Underworld: The drinking glasses look like they’ve survived several wars. Chipped, scratched, stained, and generally disgusting. Drinking out of them felt like a health hazard. The Good (Yes, There’s Some) Rooms and Cleaners: The rooms are decent, the beds are comfy, and the cleaning staff does an amazing job. They deserve all the stars this hotel isn’t getting. Specialty Restaurants: The true saviours of our taste buds! The food? Incredible. The service? So good it almost made us forget the traumatic buffet experience (almost). Kushi, the teppanyaki chef, was an absolute magician—flipping knives and sizzling up special vegetarian delights just for us vegetarians like some kind of culinary ninja. He was so nice, we wanted to take him home. We ate there twice but honestly, if they'd let us eat there every night we would have! Nightclub: Surprisingly, the nightclub was fun. The DJ was solid, and we had a few good nights there. It’s not world-class, but for the price? Not bad. Beach: The beach is beautiful and if you tip you'll get great service. Overall This hotel is firmly in the 2.5 to 3-star category, and you absolutely get what you pay for. If you’re expecting Waitrose-level luxury, you’ll be sorely disappointed because this is Lidl through and through. That being said, we came for a cheap holiday, and that’s exactly what we got. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but only if I brought my own coffee, juice, and a sturdy steel tumbler to avoid those glasses.

Food- First night very disappointing (arrived late) but the main buffet was shut so they put a temporary one on by the pool not great. But apart from this breakfast not amazing for English, lunch the beach bar was AMAZING for fresh chicken shish sharma, pizza, burger chips. Dinner- buffet was really good for an all inclusive! However you can cook the aka carte restaurants which are amazing! Japanese you get a show and served with fried rice chicken, beef and dusted veg, Sushi choose what you like and order all you can eat!, Mongolian looked amazing gutted we didn’t book. Entertainment- something for all! Foam party in the pool day of arrival, lots of dancing, entertainers include all ages! Big shout out to Justine he really stood out with the effort to entertain everyone! Evening entertainment outside from singers, dancers and later a disco in the club! Drinks - beer is nice for their local, they only serve half pints but you can get multiple. Cocktails aren’t great nor the spirits but do the job Room- at first look room looked 5 start for a deluxe room, when you inspect there were lots of poor building, noisy air com beeping at night. Cleaners- cleaners came every day, shout out to Tohamy! He cleaned ours daily very polite and did a great job. Thanks for they great holiday!
