La Rosa Waves Beach - Couple & Families Only

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!! I always think bad reviews are people exaggerating, but this hotel is truly awful!! We went for 11 days at the beginning of August for my daughter’s birthday and it was the worst plan I’ve ever stayed. The room wasn’t too bad, air con was a god send in the heat, but that was the only positive! The pools looks like swamps! And if you dared get into the pool the pool liver was uneven and badly fitted so there was massive lumps on the floor that you had to step over to walk in the pool, there was cockroaches, hair, tissues and god knows what else floating around the pool! The pool men are all letches, asking any single women (like myself) to go out on dates, asking the to leave their children in the room alone to go out with them! I’ve never seen worse food anywhere, it was cold, grey, tasteless, we ended up eating out for all out meals because it was so bad and we didn’t want to get sick! The entertainment staff only interacted with the young girls, they weren’t interested in doing activities with the children, my daughter tried to speak to them on a number of occasions and was ignored! The room cleaners stole my daughter birthday money from her birthday cards! I have visited Egypt 7 times now and never experienced anything like this!!

Stayed here for 5 nights got to my hotel fine with love holidays transfer checked in all fine and got to my room looked round it was meant to be a double room but had two single beds on each end of the room so had to move them together. The bathroom was horrendous the bath tub was stained and dirty, the shower was very cold and complained about it, the staff didn’t speak English so had to translate on google to Arabic to communicate with them. They basically told me I had to leave the shower running for 10 mins to get some warm water through but was still cold anyway. The shower head itself was spitting everywhere and only half the shower head was following water through. There was only two plug sockets out of the whole room that worked so had to leave one plug in for the fridge and the other for charging. Kettle was stained inside so couldn’t even have hot water from the kettle, even when I wanted to make a hot drink it would taste funny tried cleaning it out nothing! Most reviews you will see on trip advisor is true about this place! The pool u could see first thing in the morning is just hair, leaves the sand you can feel at the bottom of ur feet when ur in the pool. Food was the same everyday. The restaurant by the water park which everyone gets for free for dinner once at their stay there. It was awful service food was not warm, drink u got one only when u ask for refill they never come back with one, I had a mixed grill which came with a dip along with it, never got that. Ended up walking out as it took ages. Good entertainment for kids I would say. Mini beach and bar right next to the hotel. The bar by the beach unfortunately is it not free they serve more seafood than anything. With love holidays your shuttle transfer with them back to the airport u can get times for when they will pick u up that day you leave. The link dosent work at all! Every phone number on their they don’t answer so ended up having to pay 1100 EGP to get to the airport.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location , faulty room between drawers falling apart landing on my hand,the shower head falling everytime we had a shower worst shower I've ever had in my life could have had a better wash in the sea🤣 then on the last day the shower head fell off sliced my knee has left me all brused anyway go on but tbh I don't think they really care with their complaints as they said to us when we told them about ate some on diff occasions they said what do wany us to do about it ! Only thing they have good about the hotel is location a that their od plenty of food places near as the food and drinks where awful one of the worst all inclusive I've been to but I suppose you get what you pay for

This is The dirtiest and worst hotel I've ever been to .. the food was really bad and the staff was so mean especially the Guys in the reception and The Guy called "Adam" in the lobby bar .. they were so rude and unprofessional only 4 or 5 people maximum were polite .. this hotel can never be 4 stars The animation team wasn't bad .. Go There If you want to ruin your vacation

The highlight of the stay was the staff and animation team! Special shoutout to Kasha and Boody from the animation team, their energy is infectious and made every day and every activity so much fun ;) The overall atmosphere was always lovely and lively.

Hotel is not for 4 stars, pretty destroyed. But the sea is awesome and animators here are really cool. They are fun, friendly, creates cool games/activities and always help if you need! Who likes sea and cool atmosphere you can come here!!!!!!

The best animators, adults and children have a great time with them! I also recommend the hotel, beautiful beach and wonderful people, it's tasty, the pool is clean and well-kept, there are different animations so there's something for everyone. The evening show time is diverse and for everyone!

The hotel was not like expected… dont fool for the pics online, also you have all inclusive but this was the worst all inclusive… everyday the same food , breakfast is not even a breakfast… The room is not clean en smells everyday.. the only good thing there is was the animation team!! They are always there for you!! especially Kasha! He is the best and will always help you with everything , they let you forget you how bad the hotel is! I will only come back for them because they are really good people

Everything is wonderful and amazing and my fav time it was with nemo these was fantastic time thank you 😍😍😍😍it was so fun 😍😍😍 bocca game it was very exciting and so fun thank you bodyyy and swzan zomba and the pool it was so fun and the games on the beach so good 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
