We enjoyed our visit so much, thanks for all staff who made our vacation easier We have stayed for 3 Nights, I can say one of the best resorts - Rooms are clean but old also the shower box in the room toilet is small Rooms cleaned daily basis - The main restaurant has great food variety It is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 For lunch from 1:00 to 3:00 Dinner from 7:00 to 10:00 Also late dinner from 10:30 to 12:00 There is around 7 Ala carte restaurants you can reserve through reception screens also there is a web application you can use for reservation and more information for the resort - Asian restaurant is highllly recommended, must try - Sea food restaurant with extra charge Animation team is exceptional and smiling all the time :) - Beach is sandy Also of bars exists, Splash and aqua bars avails snacks from 12:00 to 5:00 PM - WIFI coverage is very good - Reception team helped us to get a lunch box while check-out also offered us to have a lunch before leaving my recommendation as follows Most of places around the pools specially the aqua park is slippery please get a solution for this I recommend to have a mobile application instead of the web application to be more usable or make the website responsive

Perfect stay with friendly cheery staff. Lovely food. Clean beach. Will be back

the place is really nice, the food is incredible and the service is good as well. a lot of families with small children on the beach. they really know how to get the best service for you. I tried to extend the stay but the procedures are too tough, I had to buy it through an OTA.

المكان قديم جدا الاكل متنوع جدا ولكن اغلبية الاطعمه ليس لها طعم للاسف الافضلية في الدخول لغير المصريين الاكوا بارك صغيره وتعمل فقط ساعتين ص وساعتين عصرا غير ممتع للاطفال

酒店整體環境不錯、就是房間水泥裝修風格個人有點不太喜歡、且有很大的水泥味道！

紅海邊的酒店，各種設施很齊全，很適合親子，服務態度也很好。就是交通有點不方便，網上打車去機場衹接單，然後漫天要價，起碼要付三倍的價格

純度假的話非常不錯，一價全包，餐廳味道也不錯，房間也還算挺大。但是出海玩一日遊會比較遠。冬天的紅海有點冷，夏天會更好。

環境很好，歐洲客比較多，所以自助餐裏吃的選擇相對少些適合亞洲人口味的

情人節還有主題活動真是非常高興
