9平米的房間散發著發黴的味道。簡陋的設備，陳舊的傢俱，轟隆作響的冰箱和空調。難吃不衞生的食物，水果上趴着蒼蠅。因為當天白沙灘沒房了，在這裏湊合了一晚，沒辦法。忍受吧。這種酒店不應該出現在攜程。

The hotel is very nice. There is a friendly staff who are always smiling. The animators are great, it's always fun. There is very good food, the possibility of excursions. The trip to the island was great and we enjoyed it very much. Good Holiday.

the beach is really nice we even see the sunset a few times the beach is also so very clean with staff around at all times for drinks. the hotel is very clean with really nice staff that are really friendly. there is so many night shows and so much choice to choose what you like to do

Me and my boyfriend came to the resort and we had the best time. The drinks are good, animation team are outstanding, really good at getting everyone involved. There was the option to go to the club every night for an extra charge of 15€ pp and the animation team took care of us the whole night. We did activities throughout the day such as volleyball, Zumba etc all planned by the animination team and it was great. The food was brilliant and we have 0 complaints. Would recommend to a friend.

A true review, we are a family of 6 with age ranges between 72 and 13. The hotel is really clean, yes some of the rooms are dated but the cleaning staff go above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable, nothing is to much trouble. The food, due to the volume of people at the hotel we haven't found any of the food unpleasant, there is something for everyone and it's is good quality. The entertainment team are always wanting you to join in, they are very informative and will help you with any questions you ask, speaking multiple languages. The beach is gorgeous, always plenty of beds just don't forget your towel from the towel station, if you dont want to be bothered by the salespeople ask for a red flag when collecting your towel they are not permitted to approach you to sell if showing your flag. Service on the beach is reasonable but due to the volume of people this is understandable, you just have to be patient. Or walk a few yards yourself to the drinks station . Some of the bar staff do not like serving women but some are fine, this could be improved by the management, but understandable with different religions. The trips, we did snorkeling on the coral reef, stopped at magawish and snorkelled on the way back, we did paragliding and a aqua park, prices are negotiable don't pay the first price or even the second, if you want to research it use getyourguide, but with the boats leaving the jetty at the hotel prices are decent. Are they worth getting, YES they are amazing. All in all would we come back god yes. The hotel is above a 3 star, there is food for everyone, the beach is amazing and the trips are worth it. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay enjoyable so yes we gave them a tip, we did US dollars and changed the money in the UK before travelling. entertainment on every night, interact with everyone. food is exstanding!!! they know many different languages to make sure they can speak to you properly. the events are very creative and fun to join in on. the boat trips are a must i and the best experience ever!! definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful time so far, very hard-working friendly staff and fab entertainment. The cakes are also the best. It can be a little harsh with entertainment if British/English but that is to be expected, its still a good laugh. The cocktails are also fab. My room at first was booked for 2 single beds and we were given the key to a double bed room, but it was sorted within the next day. Overall, a beautiful resort and service.

The hotel is spectacular, from the night shows to the day time activities. I have really enjoyed the stay here and would come here again again. The ataff at the enterence are so friendly here and will help you for whatever you need from drinks to the food. The hotel is really such a fantasic stay here for anyone
