Dieses Hotel ist für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet die Zimmer sind nicht Rollstuhl gerecht ausgestattet es sind keine Haltegriffe im Badezimmer die Dusche hat eine hohe Kante die Rampen im Hotel sind zu steil

Excellent service, our room was clean 24/7, everything could be asked at the reception or by business phone, in the restaurants in the hotel they feed very, very tasty, a wide variety of dishes, very friendly and helpful staff who know several languages (English, German, Russian and so on), as well as a very clean beach, the territory is incredible: there are very beautiful plants everywhere, Egyptian herons walk on the lawn, you can ride multi-seater bicycles or catamarans, or even swim to the beach by boat - a paradise for couples, everything is measured and quiet!

The Best Hotel in Egypt We've Ever Stayed At! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! We have been to Egypt many times, but this hotel is by far the most beautiful and provided us with the best experience. The food was excellent – a huge selection, always plenty of everything, and all fresh and delicious. Whether you enjoy Egyptian specialties, international cuisine, or fresh fruits and desserts, there is something for everyone. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and ready to fulfill any request. The service was of a high standard, which contributed to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was spotlessly clean – whether in the rooms, restaurants, pools, or on the beach, everything was perfectly maintained. The hotel environment is beautiful, well-kept, and luxurious, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. A huge thank you goes to Mr. Daniel, the reception manager, who made our stay even better. He was always very helpful, kind, and attentive. Truly a person in the right place who does his job excellently! Overall, this was our best stay in Egypt, and we will definitely come back. If you're looking for a place for a carefree holiday with excellent food, top-notch service, and a beautiful environment, this hotel is the perfect choice! We had a week at this resort in December. First time in Egipt Positives: - overall cleanliness, feels better than equivalent resorts in Tunisia - great facilities , great beach, warmed pools - thematic parties for Christmas and New Year - doesn't feel busy or crowded - pier available with direct trips - doctor on site - feel very kids friendly - well maintained - close to the airport - good local whine Negatives: - lots of smoking areas at the pools , lobby , common areas - food is the same again and again and again - there are no " a la carte" restaurants, only buffet style - bathroom cleanliness - old or damaged furniture - bar counter staff rude, always waiting for tips - alchohol spirits used for the cocktails, poor or dodgy quality - lots of russians tourists with bad manners and behaviours ( not hotels fault but still worth mentioning)

Hotel as such Good. Nice people, nice restaurants, bars all good. Though what upset me was the fact that my friend who was arriving from different country but joining me in the room paid single room rate without having a room!!! Ripping off clients became trendy. Next time we go to different chain of hotels!

Our holiday was great. The hotel is very big and high quality. The staff was hardworking. However, the only thing we didn't like was the animation director!!! He keeps shouting as if there was no sound coming from the microphone. 5 times "lets go" 5 times "come on" 10 times "habara gubere" ... He thinks we are having fun as he shouts, but there is excessive noise pollution. While there are hundreds of people on the beach, he thinks he is having a foam party with 5-10 people and 2 grams of dishwashing detergent. He doesn't greet us, doesn't show a smile. He doesn't even invite us to the fun ): is he having fun himself?
