This was our third stay at the Neverland hotel but the first one in the Alf Leila Wa Leila section. Compared to Jungle, this part is smaller and quieter, which we really liked. It's the perfect spot for adults and anyone looking to relax since Jungle is more about water parks and pools full of kids. Our room was in a small building with a patio, and we had a heated pool practically right outside our door. The room was renovated, clean, and very comfortable. A big highlight was the Guest Relations team – the ladies working there are absolute professionals! Always smiling, helpful, and ready to offer advice or organize additional activities. The hotel staff were amazing – everything ran smoothly, and every request or concern was addressed immediately. The food in the restaurants was diverse and tailored to European tastes, so everyone can find something they like. The massive hotel grounds are impeccably clean, which is really impressive. And in the evenings? Performances on various stages – a great way to end the day. Comparing our stays in Jungle and Alf Leila Wa Leila, we honestly don’t see why there’s a difference in the star rating (Alf Leila has one less star). Both sections offer a high standard, but if you’re after peace and quiet, Alf Leila Wa Leila is the clear winner. 😊 Not German Couple :-)
