Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park

The place is nice. It’s nice view. But that’s it. It’s filled with locals especially August. The pool doesn’t feel clean. The aqua park slides are good but that’s it. If you’re looking for white sand type of beaches then this is not the place. The “new” bedsheets still have stains on them. Doesn’t feel new or clean. The towels have stains. It doesn’t feel clean. The sofa has stains. The “free” WiFi is only in the lobby. The room is big and spacious but that’s it. The cabinets the rooms and everything else smells like saliva. One room smelled like fish. I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to come here. Although it’s affordable but that comes at a cost. The bathrooms are not clean and has no tissues and the public bathroom doors have no lock. The staff are not very nice either Nonsense.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and were initially offered food in the restaurant while reception arranged our rooms. At check-in, we requested to exchange our two booked rooms for a family room so we could stay together, but were told this was not possible. However, after being allocated two separate rooms, one was fine but the second had actually been given to another holidaymaker who was still asleep in the bed. Only then were we reallocated to a family room, which made the earlier refusal surprising. The family room we eventually received was in a decent location, though it did have several maintenance issues – such as a broken cupboard door, a missing bathroom lock, one room without a TV, and another where the TV did not work properly. The hotel has several swimming pools, but most are restricted to adults, with only a splash park for younger children and small sections of certain pools designated for families. The gym was very poor, with broken equipment, although it appears a new facility is being built. Food quality was disappointing. The selection was repetitive and below average, with the same options offered daily. The dining experience was further impacted by a lack of order and respect in the restaurant queues, which made mealtime unpleasant. Entertainment was another weak point. The animation team seemed more focused on themselves than on engaging guests. There were very few, if any, activities for children, and daytime entertainment consisted mostly of the staff dancing around the pool rather than involving guests. Evening shows felt amateur and unentertaining, and overall, there was little effort to create a fun or inclusive atmosphere, particularly for families. Staff throughout the hotel frequently sought tips, which added to the sense that service was transactional rather than genuine. Pricing within the hotel was also noticeably higher compared to outside alternatives. In summary, while the hotel may meet the expectations of some visitors, it does not deliver the standard expected of a 4 or 5-star property. For families – especially European families seeking a child-friendly, engaging, and well-managed environment – this hotel is not recommended. At best, it offers a 3-star experience.

The hotel was very dirty, we changed rooms 3 times. the food was always the same, rude waiting staff. 90% of the guests were locals, which shocked us. We caught an infection after the first day in the pool. Sea level is so low that is impossible to swim. In the afternoon there is not sea just sharp stones. worst hotel we stayed in so far.

First of the managers said not to come between April and September if you don't want to be pushed about by the locals. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the locals are disgusting they will walk and stand in front of you when you are in the queue and when you say hello I'm first they claim they can't see you. This happened every day they think because they are from Egypt and we are foreigners they have priority. Food Same good luck getting any as the locals will just walk and stand in front of you. There is a good selection of food, but not much if you are vegetarian or vegan it will be salad and bread/rice every day. Rooms Massive, and they give you a bunch of free drinks. Water juice boxes and 3 bottles of fuzzy drink every day. As well as coffee/tea sugar. Just beware that if you have a poolside room, you will be woken up at like 9/10am with load music. The towels for the beach are small, and i mean so small, it's more like hand towels. And good luck getting a pool side as the locals will wake up at 6 am and put towels all over and not come back. This place is one of the only hotels that doesn't have a Red Flag at the beach, so every couple of minutes, you will be bombarded by the salespeople. And also the locals looking you up and down and saying nice body I've never had so much sexual harassment in one hotel. One man asked if he could sit on my sunbed as he liked my music. I told him no, kept walking, so he sat on the sunbed next to me for like 1 hour just staring. They also have construction going on at the beach 24/7, and I mean day and night. I hate it when hotels claim to be an Aqua Park when they have like a few slides, and again, good luck getting up there as the locals will just push you. Would I recommend this hotel? It's absolutely not it's a shame if it wasn't for the locals, I would say yes.

We arrived 09:00 morning 🌅 hotel great reception are helpful we received our key room .it was surprised room is very big and with nice views to the ⛵ sea and pools was amazing . restaurant's good and there is different kinds of food to much fruit 🍑🍓 my kids like aqua park 🏞️ was interesting vacation with my family I recommend Hawaii Paradise to all my friends and family

More than excellent hotel,,, this is our second visit to Hawaii Paradise Hotel,,, there are really a lot of positive changes in the hotel, we arrived at 11 am and went to the rooms in less than 30 minutes, the rooms are good and the service is excellent from the room boy Ibrahim and Shehata and the reception staff are very helpful, the food is also varied and good,,, and the animation team is more than wonderful Amr, Hossam, Moka, Fofa, Donia and Hamou,,, the best really we will be back soon
