酒店性價比真的超高，包含一日三餐而且晚餐的質量也很高，超出預期。酒店有自己的沙灘，超長游泳池，還有水上樂園措施但是每天開放時間較短。這個價格性價比真的很高了，可以在紅海躺幾天了。唯一缺點酒店措施太舊了，熱水要放較長時間，而且淋浴噴頭較舊。

很熱鬧的親子酒店，吃的很合胃口，每天主題都不一樣。我和家人都很滿意。水上樂園，孩子大人都可以玩，很好的親子酒店。服務也不錯。

服務很好，房間清潔乾淨衞生，員工素質高，待人友善真誠，環境優美，值得再次入住，今後還會繼續來這裏。

歐洲人居多，亞洲面孔很少，像個小鎮，晚飯時有表演，感覺很悠閑很享受。老牌酒店，各種服務井然有序

酒店設施還是很齊全，全包餐味道也可以

很美的度假酒店，好大好大，但不是新的。很多游泳池，自帶水上樂園，到赫爾格達剛好遇到降温，幸好酒店有個加熱泳池還有一個加熱造浪池，酒店住了4天，每天都很舒適。晚餐很豐盛，每天都會有增添幾種不同的食物，嚐了3個類型的餐廳，中國菜，蒙古菜和主餐廳，中餐就算了吧是真難吃啊，服務員絕大部分都非常nice ，熱情微笑，衹有一次午餐排隊取烤大蝦，體驗感很差，明顯取蝦的那個工作人員有點歧視中國人，歐美人一次可以多幾衹蝦，兩次排隊到我的時候，衹給2個，明顯的態度也不友好，想投訴他的，居然給忘了😭總體來説是個很適合度假休閑的酒店，超級喜歡！

One of the best places where everyone can really find everything they need. If you go alone - you never feel lonely, if you want to be happy together - you have a really good choice and time for it - restaurants, bars, beach restaurant and bar, aqua park (really beautiful), everything. If you go there with children - they will be very happy not only on the beach, but also in the aqua park, a really good solution for parents to make their children happy. At the same time, singles and without children can relax without children - at other pools and places without children. I have been coming back here again and again for 17 years, sometimes to the Titanic Palace, sometimes to the Titanic Beach. Anyway, everyone can use both the hotel area and the restaurants, I meet people who come back here many times, some 20 and more. This is said more than all the words really. Now some restaurants are being renovated, but it makes everything more interesting - those who like to have breakfast in restaurants outdoors, it is really good solution to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace among the chirping birds. And the show at the Japanese restaurant will not leave anyone indifferent. Restaurant The grill is also something special. I saw how birthdays, honeymoons and other events are celebrated in all the hotel restaurants. It's really a lot of joy and something special. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail so that every guest would be happy at the hotel. The hotel has a diving club, kitesurfing club, nightclub, evening programs - everything you need for both active and inactive recreation according to everyone's wishes. I just love this hotel and I want other people to have the opportunity to experience it too. Fantastic service from arrival to departure. Every time is different and wonderful. Thanks to all the nice people who work in this beautiful hotel and do everything to make every guest feel really happy. Big thanks to Mr. Ahmed - he really cares about the hotel and every search from every morning to late at night, the same nice Olga - really cares about every guest, a very kind and open person, I can't imagine the lobby without those people. All the staff are nice, it's really a big job. I'm really very happy here! See you soon!!!

We arrived on 21 March to a warm welcome from the reception team, despite it being sundown and time for them to break their fast. We were immediately given wrist bands and directed to the bar, while we considered whether to take the offered upgrade to a swim up room, for €15 per night. It was a great decision to pay the extra for us - I loved being able to step straight into the water from our room, and it also gave us private breakfast at the Italian restaurant every day, and a 2pm check out on our last day. Our room was in part of the hotel that has not been renovated, so the bathroom was tired and the jacuzzi bath didn't work. However, the bed was comfy, the air con worked perfectly, the shower had great water pressure and endless hot water, and it was kept spotlessly clean on a daily basis. You have access to all the facilities and the Titanic Palace and Beach hotels, and the aqua park and the place is enormous! There is a lot of renovation work taking place, so building works can be heard in many places (and quite late into the evening) but the size of the place means you can always find a quiet corner away from the noise to watch the world go by. The two buffets have very similar food each day and the food can be a little repetitive, but it's good quality and was kept super fresh in our experience. The bars, pools and beach area are served by multiple waiting staff, and while they will focus on those that tip, they do serve everyone eventually. We had no issues getting a drink in any area, sometimes you just needed to be a little patient. We weren't too bothered about the entertainment but it's an international team of animators and they looked like they were working very hard to get people involved and have a laugh. My favourite spot was the sun loungers across from our swim up terrace - close enough to get a drink from the bars but far enough away to be peaceful. The gardens are immaculately maintained and there was a lifeguard on duty in our area, despite there being very few people using the pools around there. The sea is ankle to knee level for maybe half a mile, so if you want to swim or snorkel without that walk, you might want to look for a different resort a little further along the coast. We actually walked along the pier and had a dip there - lots of jellyfish when we were there but they're harmless according to the staff and didn't bother us. With hindsight I would have taken some DEET anti mosquito spray, but we had a lovely, restful break and would consider returning.

Had a fantastic stay, the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Had a swim up room, daily cleans at exceptional standards, fridge was stocked daily with water, coke and Fanta. Good selection of food available. There is a shopping centre in the complex which is really handy. The resort is really clean and well maintained. Few things to be aware of - you need to que in the morning to book alacarte restaurants, which can take time. The pools are quite cold except for the swim up bar pool, but once you are in, it's OK. I would definitely recommend Titanic Palace and hope to return again.

This hotel is exceptional, staff at reception especially Mohamed madd has been very helpful, very friendly, and efficient. We were given a swim up room which has been so lovely. The hotel in general is amazing. Mohamed also gave us a free vip passes on arrival. The food is beautiful with lots of choice. The hotel is super clean, and the food and restaurant have plenty of choice and all of them are very nice food. Entertainment was really good always something on. Our room was cleaned everyday to a great standard. I would definitely come back with my family. Food 10/10 staff is 10/10 cleanliness 10/10. This hotel I would rate definitely a 5 star and more, they go above and beyond every time. Nothing is a problem for them always here to help.

A lovely holiday have been to this resort a few times never been let down yet. Mohamed 375 and Adel at beech bar so friendly and helpful after not feeling too well Adel recommended a remedy which was very helpful, Bkhyt 663 lifeguard was so lovely, really looked after us, Khalid 124 kept our room spotless and always friendly and very helpful, cannot wait to return
