It runs through The City of Huron (no matter where you stay in Huron/North Coast you may hear the trains)- our cottage is further from the tracks than most Huron rentals, but you may hear trains (1.125 miles away)- my guests say they didn't even notice any train sounds. This cottage house has updated double pane windows and new doors and is very cushioned from sound.
