Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort & Spa recensioner

I love the Sheraton because of the hotsprings there. This time I stayed the night. I loved the bath tub in the bedroom. Room was very comfortable.

Lucy is a true star! Who upgraded us to superior lake view room, although with some charges but was amazing experience and she was super helpful for every tiny request 😊😊

The experience was very good. The hotel is very comfortable and has a good views. Andy is very kind and attentive, she received me with a beautifull smile and gave me a very complete explanation about the hotel, services, and some spots to visit. During the stay, she was allways attentive to my comfort. When I leave, I forgot my laptop at the room. Fortunately Andy take care of it and she sent it to my home very fast, it arrived in a few hours. Thank you very much!!.

This Villa resort is worst and old, cleaning and amenities are very very bad. Life biggest mistake to book this hotel.

The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Resort and Spa is an amazing structure in an ideal location that offers a full set of facilities to its customers. The consierge Ruben is highly professional and his dedication and care on the clients’ needs is remarkable. He played a pivotal role in making this short stay excellent on all point of view. The hot springs deserve to be visited and the breakfast is very good.

It was a wonderful stay during our trip to Huzhou. The complex is really nice and spacious, with sitting room, bedroom and a kitchen. Rubennnnn is helpful and explain all details. The breakfast is delicious and got plenty of choices with Western,Asian (Japanese). We will go there again if we visit Huzhou next time. I booked through trip.com and it was a good deal.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, which offers stunning architecture and decor, an inviting outdoor swimming pool, and excellent and relaxing hot springs. A special mention to Max Gu, the front desk employee, who speaks fluent English and is exceptionally kind and helpful- a true asset for welcoming international guests. A few things need improvement: bath towels were quite used and the breakfast eggs station was too slow, indicating a need for more staff to help speed up the service.

Wonderful design and amazing atmophere near the Taihu lake. Breakfast also was delicious. only hotel staff not enough for sufficent service during crowded period. Hot spring common areas was messy due to less staff there.

Excellent service with good attitude.I was quite enjoying the spring which had several herbal medicines/ red wine and rose.

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in. Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.
